Higher abortions are indicative of a faltering society. It is unfair to mothers that are put into the socio-economic situation where a abortion is the economical choice. I blame the government for this as much as the parent. It's funny how a term like "pro-life" is viewed negatively while it's meaning is seemingly altruistic and positive. What if you were aborted? How would that make you feel? Answer: Dead I get the right to allow abortion to preserve the life of the mother and even in cases of rape.
