Equal pay for equal work is a slogan that doesn't align with the data. These studies have been performed hundreds of times and have produced peer-reviewed research coming from all over the world. This "gender pay gap" is nothing like what feminism would have you believe. I'm even willing to reduce that to shut down the immediate argument that this will prevent victims from coming forward.
