Also just lol, some people are upset way too easily Well, I get MRA vibes from him and he almost always pushes back against me pointing out any red pill/manipulative or narcissist patterns. He got upset with me once because I said withholding compliments was also an RP thing and he went off about how some people just don't have "words of affirmation" as their love language lol He's got an agenda of some kind I'm sure. u/namelessbard for the curious

"I would rather spend time with you than text" is not the same thing as "I'm not going to text you between our dates."

He's deleted some of his older videos but I recall one where he was in a bowtie and his background was a a popcorn textured white wall and the kind of "art" you'd find for 5 dollars at big lots. I wish I had saved the screen shot lol

I just got banned from datingoverthirty because I pointed out that "texting only for logistics" was a red pill tactic and the male mod there got super upset about it. ETA they permanently banned me for leaving comments about it here lol All the dating subs are just completely lost to incels and red pill

Well I'm not saying that they aren't bitter people but they get egged on and inflamed by trolls. All I can tell you is I know for a fact that incels were openly organizing posts on fds.

They don't troll as misogynists, they make themselves seem like over the top angry bitter women.

Yes, maybe. Any of the super over the top extreme ones are likely trolls. I can't remember the sub but it was some incel or rp one and they were constantly talking about making posts to troll fds.

There are A LOT of posts and comments on fds that are straight up, elaborate and dedicated trolls. The women who fall for it in the comments are incredibly naive or inexperienced with dating and sex and are kind of passive people prone to getting duped anyway.

I've had a few tell me, "you're not listening to me" but I can't seem to explain that it's not that I'm not listening, it's that I don't agree with you.

She wanted to have sex with you. That's it, that's all there is to it. You didn't DO anything to make her want to sleep with you, the only thing you did was not fuck it up somehow.

Why would you want a relationship with a normie when you are a nerdy weirdo?

I really think the jig is pretty much up for rp tbh. Within the next decade men really aren't going to be able to rely on sales tactics and manipulative games because women are increasingly in online spaces talking to each other and comparing notes. Men are going to have to actually evolve and work on solving their own problems because what women want is authenticity and egalitarianism and there's no way to game or fake either of those things.

Something that I always thought was really strange about incel and black pill culture is that they identify lookism and do a great job of analyzing it, calling it out but then... they don't reject it? Like they never go "you know what, I'm not going to be this way. I reject superficiality. I'm going to judge people on who they are, how they treat people, what they have done in their life, how they think, how they treat me" and instead they just double down even harder on being superficial. It's …

Also a woman. I'm here because I realized I had dated a lot of guys in the past few years who, if not fully red pilled, had a lot of red pill shit rattling around in them. Yesterday a guy I had been talking to told me that relationships are transactional. The guy before that asked me if I'd ever had a one night stand from a bar. The one before that told me that if someone was cheating it was fine if the other person's needs were met. The one before that was super manipulative and mentioned he sp…

Possibly but you can't underestimate how mean and cruel some people can be. You've heard models say that people called them ugly or teased them all their life? So people being shitty isn't necessarily confirmation. My mom had an enormous self image issue and constantly called herself ugly, said her father called her ugly, people told her she was ugly etc but I look almost exactly like her and people tell me I'm beautiful so who knows.

I need a picture before I can believe them. I've seen some of you who swear up and down you're ugly and deformed and at least half the time they are actually beautiful and attractive people. The rest of the time they are regular looking people, not someone I'd call truly ugly or disfigured. Those people do exist but they aren't common. I've never seen someone who insisted they were ugly actually be as ugly as they think.

Shyness isn't so bad, listening to someone whine about themselves is intolerable. Way worse than being shy, for sure. Shyness can be endearing and cute but whining never is. Never.
/r/ExRedPill07/09/21 06:33 PM

The worst possible trait is being whiny. When you are a whiny complainer it makes people immediately dislike you as they will reflect back to you your own self perception which is that you are a loser of some sort.

Ugh these morons have literally never read a book lol The reason why humans are such a successful species is because we are so flexible and adapt a million different strategies to satisfy our base biological drives. That's why no one can figure this bullshit out definitively - there is no one single answer to any of these questions and there never will be. There is no one true human diet and there is no one true human mating strategy. We will do whatever we need to do to survive, that might mean…

is quite telling that it is usually the 'good men' who think they are rejected for being too 'good'. Goodness is just like attractiveness. It is deeply subjective Every time a man uses the phrase "good man/good guy" with me I ask him to define it or qualify what makes a good man. They never can or they refuse. They'll go 9 rounds with me about how it's up to me to define and the fact I don't know what a good man is is why I can't find one. Every time. It makes me wonder where they got this from

It's all about skeletal structure and adipose tissue deposits, it doesn't have anything to do with BMI or actual weight, bf%. If you don't have "good" skeletal structure and "good" fat deposits then yes, you have to be as thin as possible. If you have good hips, smaller waist and your fat tends to deposit on hips, thighs, butt and breasts then they can be up to 50 lbs overweight (or more depending on height, culture, body etc) and still have a pretty large dating pool. If you do not have good ge…

Yeah this is the crucial unspoken thing that is missing from every conversation where men whine about how hard dating and sex is. They are talking about women who are considered above average attractiveness, average and below average aren't even factored in. I've read enough in datingoverthirty to estimate that a huge amount of those people are single because 1. The women are overweight or not that attractive for whatever reason. and 2. The guys are holding out because they don't want to date a …

Lol you're like "metal detecting is horrible" and I say I honestly would love to go metal detecting with someone and you just make up some shit about wealth, stats and the olden days. I will tell you a story that changed my life for the better. There was a guy sitting at a table next to me who was crying and begging his boss for money or an advance on his paycheck. He was just asking for 40 or 60 dollars, I can't recall, but he said he needed it for his mother's medication. She was sick or something, just released from hospital. His boss refused, he called someone else. The whole thing was super pathetic to me at first but as I kept hearing this I realized he was really strug…

First thing is to address your nutrition, physical activity and sleep. The second thing to do is begin to actively focus on things you are grateful for and shift towards a positive mindset. For someone like you who is so miserable and whiny this will take conscious effort and it's a choice you have to make. It'll take work.

I see women in the datingoverthirty sub saying this a lot and I genuinely believe them but I think it speaks to the point that women seem a little more realistic about these things. I just assume that women who say they don't care about looks do so because they know they can't be picky about looks themselves. And I think that's totally valid, people who aren't attractive deserve relationships and families too so looking beyond appearances is the way to get there. You really never knew women like…

I don't agree! Like I said, she looks better but I don't think she became attractive and certainly not unrecognizable. Rebel Wilson as well, she still isn't attractive to me. Amy Schumer could lose weight and she'd never be truly attractive.

You do have a point, face gains are a real thing, especially when men begin seriously lifting for some reason? It's not always the weight loss, it's the muscle but we're getting off track lol
/r/ExRedPill03/09/21 06:04 PM
19

I think it's probably a combo of both but I think at least some men who think they have zero options don't consider women they find unattractive as options.
/r/ExRedPill03/09/21 05:16 PM
9

Yeah I tend to agree with this. I think a lot of people don't automatically become more attractive when they lose weight, they just become not fat. They almost always look better than before but better doesn't mean attractive. And on top of that, I think it's toxic to tell people to lose weight to become hotter, the focus really needs to be on physical and mental well being.

A lot them do really desire a serious relationship but they want a fantasy. They want a woman who exists as a reflection of themselves or to act as a supplement to their lives and not as an independent human being who is their equal partner. They'll pump and dump everyone on the way to finding The One but they definitely at least tell themselves they are looking for the real thing

I think a lot of us have given up. I have. I'm actually very sympathetic to the reality of men and their specific problems but it doesn't help or change anything, they still think they need to manipulate me into a relationship with them or they can just do and say whatever they want to women. The last person I was seriously considering introduced me to Kevin Samuels, and we laughed about him but I know now that he takes a lot of that seriously. He told me that he felt like if he was satisfied an…

When I finally realized that men were literally playing a game with me it blew my mind. It's incredible they think they can treat people that way. I don't think these men were really trying to game me for sex either, I think they genuinely wanted relationships with me, and I wanted one with them too, but it gets so insane. It's so hard to really wrap my mind around the reality that most of them are consciously employing tactics. How pervasive is red pill among men?

No way. Texting is for building rapport and communication, learning someone's sense of humor, sharing your thoughts and your day. It's a connection. Not hearing from you for 10 days is crazy lol do they actually tell men to do that in rp? Only text for plans? Because that's truly horrible advice

Women aren't driven to seek out sex the same way men are because of testosterone but they can have just as high sexual desire as the horniest man, especially within relationships. There's an episode of the Huberman podcast where he talks about the function of sex hormones that I recommend. Iirc, testosterone controls seeking sex and Estrogen controls receptivity to sex. https://youtu.be/qJXKhu5UZwk I think birth control and other modern lifestyle issues probably interferes with the female libido…

Yeah, this. They tie their entire self worth and self esteem to the attention and validation of a young and beautiful woman, because that's who they believe all men desire most. It's really fucking weird.

It is actually, asking questions is the recommended method for deprogramming cult members. When you debate people you're forcing them to come up with rationalizations for their opinions and this roots the idea deeper into their mind. If you ask legitimate "why?" questions it plants seeds of doubt instead and eventually they come to ask their own questions which leads them to leaving.

It seems like some women really can hookup with randoms and be fine but I'm with you, I can't. I never really went through a hoe phase or had a one night stand, first date sex - nothing like that. But there have been some situations where I know I was lied to and manipulated into sex and relationships, they misrepresented themselves or trickled out truths they knew would make me cut them off and it IS traumatic. It feels like a huge violation for me. It's hard to call it rape but it's something.

A couple of weeks ago on datingoverthirty a woman posted asking if it was a red flag that her new man, who was a high school teacher, had a teen fetish. People in the comments were literally telling her to not kink shame him.

Probably one of the weirdest things about these guys is the insistence that whatever is considered desirable culturally right now is essential, universal and hardwired into human biology. There's no way any of these people are studying evolutionary anthropology in any sort of meaningful way or even reading casually about it. They are just using backwards logic to rationalize whatever weird thing they are into. It's a thing a lot of people are into because that's what our culture has been pushing…

If you rewatch a lot of "classic" romantic comedies and trashy teen sex comedies of that era you will get an insight into how so many people viewed sex and women. Can you name a few? I'm interested in watching. I think people dramatically underestimate the impact the media they consume has on them. There have been times when I rewatched something from the 80s geared towards men and younger boys and thought oh God no wonder they are like this. But the era you're talking about is lost on me so I'm…

In this instance, when you tell people they made a mistake you're assigning cause and effect. You did something wrong, you made a mistake and it caused you to be raped. That's literally what the word blame means, the actual definition. You are putting responsibility on the victim for having made a mistake and doing something. You aren't absolving rapists with this language, so at least there's that, but you are blaming women for putting themselves in the position to be raped. Deserve is also abo…
