It's not hard, just don't eat a lot of processed food. Try to eat as clean as possible and get at least 2000 calories in everyday to bulk up. Meal prepping your weekly meals helps too.

Amen brother. I'm two weeks into my NoFap journey (doing the 90 day challenge) NoFap is very beneficial for young MGTOW. I keep a journal to record my progress too. To evolve I've mostly been pushing myself to lift more weights, learn martial arts, pay for my own education without Government aid (don't want debt), and learning how to make money through online affiliations. On my down time I keep my hands busy working on model kits, idle hands are the devil's hands.
