Sounds a lot like an existential crisis. They often come sneaking up on you in times of isolation, depression, etc. I wish I could give you advice on how to work through it, but I think that's up to medical professionals. As a guy who's been through many bouts of depression, I can just say what every therapist will tell you, which is it'll get better. Just try your best to not stay isolated, it'll never help.
