If a woman doesn't want to have the baby for whatever reason, she can abort, but the man doesn't have that choice, he has to do whatever the woman wants. If she wants the baby, by law he has to be there, if she wants to abort, well fuck you, you can't be a dad. Hell, a woman can even get pregnant by stealing sperm and even then the dude is obligated to be there.
