Tip: make sure you're not drinking while doing this. It emotionally buttfucks me. Going sober is so much harder AA-wise, but you feel a lot more confident knowing you're not bumbling around drunk and have a lot more mental acuity (e.g. observing body language more readily) going on.

I've had psychological ED (late bloomer) and busted through it largely psychologically. No doubt Cialis helped a little bit with confidence, but the fight-or-flight response is something Cialis cannot truly fix. For me, I had to accept that ED would happen again and that it was a challenge I could face up to by focusing on not being negative about it -- just accepting that shit. Even as I was getting mildly anxious before my most recent time, I reminded myself of this, and it worked wonders. How…

This is a side effect of hitting on bitches in the USA. They're little shits for the most part in clubs. Not surprising, I suppose. In South America any woman will accept your opener and at the very worst will make up a boyfriend excuse. I was in Chile and managed to open on English-speaking girls a majority of the time. I just keep this in mind in the US. It's the self-entitled suburban white girl mentality you're dealing with.

As an fresh entrant to dealing with women, keep one guarding rule in place early on, because it's what fucks up everyone who's just starting out: Do not let your guard down. Do not let yourself fall for a girl and start daydreaming about her -- if it happens, focus on her negative aspects to cool it off. Be guarded even if a relationship begins. This is all embodied by "always be willing to walk". You can only walk if you have built a solid foundation of self-respect. Women need to earn your res…

I have had sex with only one partner -- my ex-gf. Now I'm less insecure about virginity being mentioned. I recall a few months ago I was in a really sarcastic exchange with a female (first time meeting via friends, it was SO close to a one-night homerun, but went downhill since she's a flake) and made jokes about her being my undying love, future wife, me being a virgin who couldn't handle her, etc. Works to your advantage if you're not insecure about it. As much as people might suggest you not …

Definitely like to crank up electronic music. I live with a friend, so I never have to pre-drink alone, and we'll often have bros or lesbros come over to pre-drink with too. Helps you to focus on the fact that you really need to be having fun, and if you can pull some numbers or score a chick, great for you. But it's not the goal of the night; you don't have to be needy because you've already got great friends.

There's a variety of reasons for abstaining, but the predominant one in /nofap is regarding porn (there are guys who have reached the point where real women don't excite them all the time) and the Death Grip (masturbating in a way that desensitizes you to real sex). They're not just stopping masturbating out of shame. The 90-day thing is the "preferred" way to reboot, but there are guys who masturbate once a week during this too. I've come across this "movement" in an attempt to address a combin…

Dealing with women is one big interview process; it is not surprising that this one girl you really got along well with and respected is now hard to hold a candle to. With time, what you're feeling will fade away. I've realized over time that there are many women with traits I find desirable in a long-term relationship -- altruism, self-sufficiency, certain physical likes, etc. There is no doubt it's easy to get hung up on one and then run through a bunch of others that don't seem to hold a ligh…
