I think very few people are "true alphas," "true betas," or "true sigmas," but the terms are helpful methodologies for understanding certain behaviors. The point is, it can't be enforceable as a "material term" of a contract if it is an unconscionable term, because unconscionability is an excuse (called a doctrine of avoidance) for breach of contract.
