I subscribed you in YouTube, I always wanted to hear from someone who do NoFap and learn about TRP at the same time, cause the NoFap people kinda hate the idea of TRP, and some people in TRP said NoFap is just a placebo. Thanks for your hardwork mate !

I always believed being a nice guy would be a good thing, I don't drink, I don't smoke, never went to any parties, just focusing on my life. My first time ever reading this kind of idea, I'm not into porn, cause I believe in NoFap. I just believe in equal happiness, no one is using anyone, just mutual consent, and I think prostitute & porn is no way the answer for it.
