Thanks for the reply. I'm 48 and very similar. Always spent time with her and her family. In-laws and cousins, etc. Most of The family I have left is 3000 miles away. I have a few friends scattered within driving distance, but it still doesn't fill that daily hole. I'm still in the early days. Depression is making that harder than normal. It's gotten harder as I get older to find new friends or activities. I've spent the last 14 years orbiting first my STBXW, then our child. Now I just feel alone. I'm not a stranger to therapy and have a new one lined up in a couple weeks, but the days are rough right now.

Also adding that I am moving because the house is in the school neighborhood and she makes approximately 20k more than I do, so is more able to deal with the house on her own.

So the house is potentially worth (according to redfin, Zillow, etc.) twice what is owed on the principal, if that makes sense. I specifically asked for what we should do about the house.
