If you read my original comment, physical attraction/lust only comes AFTER the emotional connection. Therefore, there would also need to be a baseline level of physical attraction. That being said, my type is very broad in terms of physical attraction/lust once emotional attraction has been established. My lust comes primarily from a demi/sapio sexual lens, how you appear is far less important, to a point. Physically heinous is subjective, but if I personally find them “hideous”, then no, there …

Average/Above conventionally Attractive + shit personality = not attractive Average/below/above conventionally attractive + good personality = attractive Online attraction = good personality. Physical appearance not applicable.

Physically hideous? Lol. But yes, those traits must be in place for me to find him attractive. He could be Adonis without them and I’d feel nothing, conversely he could be well below “conventionally attractive” and I’d feel lust. I’m very Demi/Sapio sexual, but physical attraction would also need to be present if it’s real life. Online IDGAF what you look like.

I lust for men who activate my brain first, the physical lust comes afterward. Emotional intelligence, self-awareness, safety, honesty, good sense of humour, sexually open. That’s hot af.

Good dick doesn’t necessarily mean the appendage (it can) but usually it just means they have mad skills in the bedroom. Regardless of the size.

Man, I’d totally date an OF girl. Unfortunately I’m straight.

Flirts later. I dislike being hit on for the way I look exclusively.

I don’t like to feel obligation to them. I always appreciated when my dates would pay, but I never expected it and it makes me slightly uncomfortable regardless of how it’s going. Don’t know why. The real bad date I had, I insisted on paying. I didn’t want to feel guilt for not going on a second date.

I feel like I almost identify as a sapiosexual/Demisexual. Hard to say which exactly to be honest. Maybe a combo. Look has very little to do with my attraction. Tbh I think I’ve associated conventionally attractive men with unsuitable mates and actively look for the “average” ish. My attraction comes from my interaction with them as a person. I’m the same way with celebrities as you’ve described. “Which celebrity would you fuck if given the chance?” None. Not cause they aren’t pretty, just not a…

Yes, but in the literal definition. Not the conflated rage extremist idea that many assume it means.

I agree with this. The article discusses the drastic change of the Gen Z male from previous generations and I think that correlation has to be factored in to the “loneliness epidemic”. They all seem to be mesmerized by the Tate’s of the world and some women just won’t engage and now extend that boycott to men in general. I’ve personally eliminated anyone MAGA from my dating circle because I don’t feel safe with them. But I still believe there are right wing and left wing men of every generation …

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
