Exactly, but I've been manipulated before, and people have tried to take adventage of me, but I could always recognize this behavior and prevent it, in that case I couldn't so I fell from a very, very high place...

Well, most men in this subreddit have been married or have been in relationships, so I never really understood when we’ve been called “incels” but ok. It’s two different things, some men are incels and feels angry at women for that fact, but lack of sex/rejection isn’t something felt by men here because we have made the choice to either step away from sexual intercourse with women altogether, or greatly limit the emotional impact we let it have on our lives. For some, MGTOW is about hating women…

Well, nowadays (at least where I live), you pay more general taxes and receive less compensation (if any) if you are a bachelor living alone. So it might not be a direct tax but socio-politically you are pretty much nudged towards not being a bachelor.

Just finished working night shift, hopefully I can muster the motivation to wake up around 6:30 am and study, and Saturday night working night shift again ! All of that back and forth is on two wheels so I can’t complain, hope everyone had a nice weekend !

Yeah, I guess... we all go through this process at our respective paces, I’m a bit slower to become more assertive about my choices and such. But even slow progress is very fulfilling, and this community is a well of knowledge and advices that is very precious for young men like me who are interested in this path.

Absolutely forget about doing anything for climate change, yes it's happening but there's absolutely no way we can change the tides now, it's not the first time our planet goes through this, and it won't be the last, the only thing we can do now is adapt and learn to live with it. What helped me tremendously to overcome this dread is to completely eliminate social media from my life (it really does make a huge difference), and avoid as much as possible mainstream news. Funny, i was thinking about that today while removing hair from various parts of my body. It used to be that I did it “for women” especially down there, but since I’m slowly moving away from my relationship and GMOY, it really changed my perspective, I take care of myself for myself now, not for others.
