1	Some Feminists Advocate that False Rape Accusers "Should Not Be Prosecuted" So what is a false rape claimant? Anyone who is unable to prove that someone raped them? My issue is whether we can discern the truth. If we put innocent women behind bars, we are no better than women that put innocent men behind bars. There is no way for someone to definitively tell whether a woman has been raped or not. What constitutes a false rape claim? One for which a man is acquitted of rape, or one in which it becomes clear that the woman straight up lied? Also, how clear is it really going to be that a woman has lied?
