He's either an asshole who doesn't care that his actions are hurting you, OR (to give him benefit of doubt) he might be a hypersexual individual, who is looking to satisfy those urges without actually going to other girls (although, the talking is...not okay). I only say this because you say he treats you well and it doesn't seem like he's meeting with any of these people. That still does NOT make it ok.
