Problem is nobody is going to learn from the trend. The 19yo is thinking the same thing the 28yo was thinking when she was 19. OP is implying that you don't have to go through shit babying a 19yo when you can have a relatively easy pool from the millennials who are relatively more educated and have their shit together if that is what you are interested in. You can't really control where you lose the fat. People have been telling me how much weight I have lost, but they are just looking at my face. I know I still need to loose some more fat weight, but the first place I am loosing it is from my face. Also, water retention is a big factor, I look dead after a cardio day.
