Watch out for full contact striking arts where you might will get concussions. They're cumulative. If you make your living with your brain, take care of it. This leaves you with light contact striking arts, which plenty of people will tell you is a waste of time and you might still get a bruised brain now and then anyway, and grappling arts like jujitsu and judo.
