Regional nsw. About 8hrs from Sydney. Expect I’ll need to use a Syd lawyer remotely.

I’ve got my kids a night or two in the middle of the week. Takes some coordination but it feels like they still live with me rather than visiting me.

Not my cup of tea. But there’s obviously a market else to the profession wouldn’t exist.

Maybe some people have too much money; I’m too stingy to pay for sex

Stay safe. Had a school mate who lost a parent to a paid hit from the other parent…

Pay for a registered valuation. Ideally one that you are involved in the engagement and the instructions are to provide a valuation for an arm’s length transaction.

Accountant here: having the 3% agreement pegged to a “list price” seems a bit fuzzy. If it were me, I would look to have the property valued by a registered valuer who has no skin in the game. List price = registered valuation or higher. Maybe agree to reductions on a mathematical basis? 2% reduction in list price every 20 days on the market (as you already have to accept 3% less than listing price)…kind of like a reverse auction?

I keep getting fed the not seen, valued, heard. I feel like it’s such a cop out and a catchphrase picked up from instagram feeds. When pushing for substantive examples, it’s not that I haven’t listened or valued her, it’s that I don’t blindly agree and go along with her way.

Apply for a credit card(s) with sufficient limit, tfr it across? Or create a square account to pay yourself? Any leave you can cash in at work? Parents? Shop around with the finance options to get a more favourable valuation or better options with debt/equity ratios? Not the best options, but we’re gambling there will be capital appreciation to help ease the pain in the long run.

Our therapist fired us after 3 sessions… I then ended up paying $300/session for a clinical psychologist where ex would just disagree with the shrink, and claimed we were ganging up on her and it was my fault somehow. In retrospect I got some good insight to why everything was so fucked when it was explained that I wasn’t arguing, I was constantly defending myself from accusations.

Is this ai? It seems eerily similar to the responses my model is giving me.

I kind of get it; it’s your children’s half siblings. They probably are tight knit and best for the kids to be all together rather than operating as a broken family. Hats off to this guy for being able to embrace the bigger family unit - not sure if I’d be able to do that though.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
