Tons of great country songs, especially old school, about partying, wandering dudes and cads. Don't Think Twice, It's Alright Catch 'Em Young, Treat 'Em Rough, Never Tell Them Nothin Honky Tonkin' Your Cheatin' Heart Back Street Affair Here's A Quarter, Call Someone Who Cares Help Me Make it Though the Night My Heroes Have Always Been Cowboys Friends in Low Places Killin Time Tequila Makes Her Clothes Fall Off jesus dude, tons of this shit out there, that's just off the top of my head in a minut…

Then do what the lawyer tells you to. Maybe work out a deal for limited child support in return for signing away your parental rights. Or insist to be involved and be a father.

Jesus dude, I get it because I beat my head against the wall with a disordered woman for years too - but you've got to get it though your skull - She is never going to change - you can't make her change - you can only change you. See a lawyer, make a separation and financial plan to get an apartment and take your kid and get the fuck out. It's scary and hard but how much harder could your life be as a single dad of 1 kid instead of basically a single dad of 4 kids (including GF in this). Be sure…

Lol, thinking about this more, if you just want plates to spin with no future, you'd be better hiding all signs of money/status, dressing like a junkie, learnimg guitar and playing shitty music at coffee shops. Be sure to be 'spiritual'

Ahaha, ok I def get where you're coming from. Patagonia wearing Subaru driving motherfuckers are a dime a dozen there. You might consider some old-school PUA shit - peacocking. Find a way to dress to differentiate yourself. Doesn't need to be a complete makeover but something. It's like marketing, the REIfag niche is oversaturated there, where can you pivot? Or can you become Überlumberjack and beat everyone at their own game? Alternately, move, I have a similar vibe to you and fucking slayed in…

I would get everything ready to file for divorce. Then have the talk with her that you don't think you both can move past your cheating and you want a divorce. If she still wants to keep the marriage intact and begs you to reconsider, you can then hesitantly agree but insist that the established patterns are not working for you - you get your phone back and you get to go do stuff without getting shit on. If she can't agree to that she's out the door. But I think your marriage is actually over al…

Get out as fast as possible. A divorce lawyer can tell you if it's worth bothering to get proof of her infidelity or not - in some states it will make no difference in the money you pay out. The sooner you're out the cheaper it will be in the long run. Do not get her pregnant, stop fucking her immediately. Do not fall for any seduction attempts from her once she knows you're on your way out and she want to preserve her meal ticket. Starting from scratch somewhere else will DEFINITELY work out be…

trying to make me feel excluded from social situations if where we go won’t fit in with my keto diet OYS, own your diet/eating. Wtf is a social situation that won't fit with keto diet, a fucking pie eating contest? Just skip the potatos, order a damn salad, eat before you go, bring some snacks, whatever, just fucking handle it, drink a club soda w/ lime, it's not that hard.

I'd be internally questioning the guy's motivations. If he tries to get in the middle of you and your ex I'd refuse to discuss it with him and remind him his proper place is as a support to his daughter, not interceding into your personal life.

No such thing as punching above weight. The quality you pull proves your value. Thinking any differently leads to oneitis, imposter syndrome, or unattractive poor confidence.

Honestly, cold approach is fun as hell. You stop staring at a screen for awhile, breathe some fresh air, clown around, make eye contact, get shot down, dance alone like nobody's watching, laugh with her friends, get a friendly hug, get some digits, change venue, steal a kiss, go back to her place, go home alone and exhausted, go to a 24 hour diner for food, take her back to your place. 7 is the red flag i missed. Wanted to be a professional artist. Changed schools twice. Dropped out one semester before graduation cause of money (excuse) was already making money at galleries anyway (lie) and just needed to get on her feet in a new city (sponge off me, never look for work, never take her portfolio around to galleries). I get where you're coming from but you're asking the wrong question 'is it ever her fault'. The right question is, 'am I doing 100% of what I can to fix my shit and this relationship'? Lifting, making the effort to pass the shit tests, owning your shit and responsibilities around the house, building and holding frame, kill covert contracts, sidebar, etc, etc. Only when the answer to that question is 'yes' can you begin to decide if she is worth dealing with anymore, or if she will never change h…

Also, if she is as disrespectful to others as she is to you, it's gonna be a much tougher climb for any band she's in to 'make it'. Music scene is as much about the hang as it is about the talent and if you can't hang you ain't gonna get the call.
/r/askTRP27/09/17 09:25 PM

Every musician thinks their project has potential and about .01% of them ever go anywhere, even with real talent. If you can take her from writing songs in her bedroom to gigging with a full band and recording CDs, you obviously have good talent for producing and making connections w/ musicians/engineers etc. Don't burn any bridges cause the music scene is small and reputation matters, but certainly start looking around for other artists you could produce in this manner. Even the limited success…

She asked me if we were headed that way, I STFU and literally stared at her until she was bawling her eyes out. Pay attention, this is how STFU works. It's also how you don't enter her frame or try to smooth over her feefees. Accept her 100% and let her make her choices. Eventually she will put out or you throw her out.

The best you can do for yourself is stay single, lift weights, focus on your career, your hobbies, your readings and get your head out of your ass. Then in a couple years you will be in a spot to fuck a much better class of woman. Don't waste any of your precious time in a relationship with this woman who has already proven unworthy. Get your mind right and start focusing on the future, a larger game plan and delayed gratification.

Main problem I see is that you lied when you said you didn't used to fuck her. You probably seemed defensive and your body language gave you away - subcommunication is huge with women. You gotta own it, own yourself, don't hide your light from the world. Not your job to fix a chick's insecurity or keep her from crying. That's likely impossible. If this one is too much drama maybe you'd have better luck with a different one. Maybe not. You gotta decide whether or not the grief of dealing with her…

You have way too much anxiety to even consider 'getting numbers'. Also, you're not making sense, how is this going to 'up the dread' if you're hiding it from your wife? I think guys get numbers 'catch and release' just as a gauge of their attractiveness and to help with their outcome independence - to realize they have options. Too often it's a crutch and external validation seeking. But it can have its uses. Without passing any moral judgement on this - I think if you go further to the point of…

Be funny or harsh. Tell her your maid had to pick up her sick kid from school so she's behind schedule, or that she got called into the strip club to sub for a sick coworker. Or tell her if she doesn't like your house, she knows where the fucking door is. I'm dating someone now and when she asks if I miss her I just honestly answer her 'no'
/r/askMRP29/06/17 08:54 PM

I wouldn't show any concern because there is nothing to be concerned about. If she fucks him, you can just dump her and find someone younger and hotter. You CAN do this, RIGHT?

This is a perfect example on my married men need to learn NOT to take their wife's criticism seriously. Damned if you do things one way, damned if you do them another. Giving the slightest fuck and you are living in their frame instead of yours.

Cut her out of your life and interact as minimally as possible - get enough to ensure your time with your daughter. This whole story is fucking ridiculous. Why even give a fuck if this cunt respects you?
/r/askMRP26/06/17 08:59 PM
1

If she is as disrespectful as you say, and this kind if stuff keeps happening, I'm tempted to advise you really ramp it up and blow her out of the fucking water. A response like, 'not as much as i enjoy fucking them' might be good. You have to be ready to calmly handle her anger, but show her you are in charge of you and dont give a fuck about what she thinks or her emotional manipulation shit test games. Others here may disagree. You will need solid frame to pull it off.
/r/askMRP17/06/17 11:26 PM

STFU is the answer. Literally say absolutely nothing. If she escalates because she isn't getting a reaction from you and she wants to provoke one, pick up your kid and leave the house without a word. Ask your attorney if possible recording her behavior will help in the divorce trial. If you're on the path to divorce your wife can go fuck herself.

Pay someone to get the shit done properly since you are injured, just like you should have paid someone to do it right the first time, because you didn't have time to do it right in the beginning. Unless this is just pathetic excuses for doing a bad job. I used to be a homeowner. It's good to DIY where possible, save money and build personal pride. read about jojoba oil face cleansing for acne. It's counter-intuitive but supposedly adding oil to your skin teaches your body it doesn't need to produce as much on its own? I've never tried but some people swear by it.

red pill is mostly anti-LDR. It is scarcity mentality - why hold out for someone far away when you could be fucking other women around you on the regular? It is one-itis - why is one person so special that you would sacrifice so much when you don't even get to see them? I get it if you've been together in the same place for a long time and are taking a couple months where one moves and the other needs to get shit together to move, but this is rarely the case. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Divorce_in_the_United_States#Rates_of_divorce 29% (within 1st 10 years), or 43%, or 40-50% depending on how you slice it - according to this. Interesting that the 50% rule of thumb is based on # divorces per year being double that of # marriages per year. I have seen some article saying divorce stats have been slightly improving lately. Not sure if that can be attributed to the general decline in marriage or what.

Why? Cause you want to, I guess. But think about it carefully - You are irrationally entering a contract with 50% failure rate, where you are likely to be bearing all the costs, while the other party will likely gain all the benefits. You are entering a deal with an institution (govt. and family courts) that are unjust - you are selling yourself out that system and have no power against it, other than the amount of money you have and are willing to throw at it via family law attorneys. I don't e…

Women start up with the "you don't care, you don't love me" accusation blah blah blah. You are tempted to defend yourself against this unfair portrayal. But she is upset based on a feeling, not on reality. So any facts or evidence you present in such a defense are irrelevant to her. In fact, they may escalate the argument because she thinks you aren't taking her feelings seriously and you think she is not taking your logic seriously. So it just gets worse. It takes two to have an argument. That'…

Honestly, I wonder about the strategy of even bothering with red pill w/ wife if it potentially fucks up your 14 month plan. I would consider continuing the self-improvement but dial down dread. Any shit-tests I would just ignore or go 'grey rock' (ie not react with any emotional content either positive or negative). Apologize for dumb shit you don't really need to. Keep enough beta going to make her secure until you're ready to pull the pin. Would be good for others to weigh in, though.

What I would do in these situations is right after the picture is taken, ask them to be sure to tag me in the photo on social media. It would usually be done in a smiling, laughing manner where I was coming off as not overly serious about it, if that makes any sense. I got some great group pics out of this, with some very attractive, younger women, before I left social media.

I did one of these completely by accident a long time ago, before I knew anything about game, and still remember because it was so hysterical. I saw a girl and said to her "I love your outfit - I've seen a lot of people wearing it lately." I saw her face light up and then go instantly confused and unhappy. She spent the rest of the night hanging off me.

If I was more financially stable (I have a decent job out of college, but I have NO SAVINGS and unfortunately high expenses) , I'd just divorce her right on the spot and continue my life as a free and new man...but alas I can't. Yet. Why not? Really, why can't you get a divorce? This seems like just another in your long list of BS excuses. I can't imagine the cost of a divorce being very high with such a short marriage. Come home, give a big hug, tell her, 'the house is looking great, I love our home', give her some long kisses. IMO, when women ask for 'appreciation' they often specify things like us saying 'thank yous' or gushing at them or other verbal methods, even saying 'good job I appreciate you doing that'. But I think deep down they are looking for actions. So much communication is non verbal, after all. I think of it like this, and to be fair I don't know how well this works in a total db situation. I've been spending time with one of the sexiest women in my history lately. She told me the main reason she went out with me, other than just liking my general vibe, is that I very directly told her to give me her number so we could go out. I've had it 20 years and disclosed it to everybody when the time comes. I've had 5-6 short term things or one-nighters and 2 LTRs since that time. Only one time was it an issue and it was only that she didn't want to give me unprotected oral. I actually had to deal with this disclosure conversation this past weekend. I think part of it is, once you finally get laid, don't spend every night of the week fucking each other. Sure, it's exciting and fun, but you are effectively cutting off the opportunity to meet other women and creating too much emotional bonding. I think there was some old school PUA thing of only see a plate 2x a week or something like that. I don't know that a simple math formula is necessary but the principle, I think, is solid.

With such a short marriage, you will probably be able to avoid a financially painful divorce. I advise you get out asap, start going through the sidebar, hit monk mode and self-improvement for awhile while you go through the grief of losing the relationship. Maintaining frame doesn't "work" on these types. Instead, holding firm against emotional blackmail turns into an arms race, where she keeps upping the ante when she doesn't get the response she wants. It was my experience that maintaining frame and 'passing' shit tests absolutely 'work' on a BPD woman, in the sense that instead of caving into them and continuing the cycle of abuse for the rest of our lives, instead they are unmasked, exposed and we are able to see clearly and escape the toxic re…

Anyway, it doesn't upset me that I've had to take care of her, but it does upset me sometimes that as soon as she is feeling better, the phase I call 'The Thankless Cunt(tm)' emerges. This breakdown is overall amazing. I have read BPD is possibly caused due to failures in childhood development at the infantile stage and the way you've tied the symptoms in directly to that stage of mental development so precisely and clearly is something I don't think I've seen anywhere else. This is because the BPD Woman’s use of self-harm isn’t an act of desperation. It is an act of violence. When assessing the BPD Woman’s outbursts, it’s important to always consider that the BPD Woman canno…

If you see a dude who's married and you think to yourself, "now there's a guy who played his cards right, he really must have known what he was doing, he won the end game," you are sadly deluded. 80% of men rarely get laid, are thirsty as fuck and basically will lower their standards and will marry the first low-quality harpy who will have them. With extreme ownership, we take responsibility for all the duties underneath us and for the behavior of our subordinates. If the proper shit doesn't get done, we have to pick up the slack and do it ourselves. What I don't think anyone has yet mentioned, is that with even doing as much as we can as leaders, ultimately some people are not redeemable and need to be sent packing. This lesson was explicit in the extreme ownership book.

I don't have an answer for your question. Fuck her the way you want to fuck her. If she isn't into that, next her and find someone who is. I understand you are probably at the end of your rope with a BPD woman and grasping at straws, but I'm not sure I understand your thinking here. BPD is marked by intense fear of abandonment, real or imagined. Extreme mood instability and stuff like push/pull behavior to try to regulate these emotions. By openly seeing other women, any imagined abandonment becomes 100% real and confirmed to her and the bad behavior, jeckyl and hyde, rages, insane shit tests, all of it, will only get much much wor…

Yup, lots of red flags. You chose poorly due to your ignorance 10 years ago. But currently, I'd look into why it makes you feel bad to be ignored from her. You should be so awesome and self-contained that you do not require any of this from her. Conveying displeasure will do nothing but make you look pretty and insecure - any attraction she feels will currently decrease. My keeping your own, possibly flirtatious, interactions formal/semi-formal you are actively sabotaging yourself and any sense …

Look, lots of people have already commented and my point may be moot but right off the bat Saying no (which is the definite answer) seems somewhat arbitrary if I don't give a good reason. Maybe it's the ultimate hamster to refuse to admit to yourself that your wife was poorly vetted and there is some fundamental incompatibility that makes the marriage not worth continuing? The unwillingness to own your bad decision and just get a divorce? Or - is all of that just covering up an unwillingness to do the work, the self-improvement, t…

I would recommend the book Stop Caretaking the Borderline or Narcissist. Even if she is not mentally ill, the advice in there is golden for learning to detatch from her emotions and frame, and learning to accept that you cannot change her, only change yourself and your reactions to her (Extreme Ownership - another good book for this mindset). Finish reading NMMNG. You are not trying to save your marriage, you are trying to save yourself. If she is not along for the ride, then that's the end, sorry. Her concerns are her problem for her to work out, she needs to decide what to do. If you want to stay married, let her know that but you have some things you need to do for yourself. Hard to say what's a legitimate concern but your examples tend to fall into 3 categories. You haven't spent enough time on self-improvement and internalizing …

This is really painful to read. I have no advice but will tell you that I dated a girl way back in the day who was a regular sex freak. It was really great, I still think about her. About 2 years into the relationship, she stopped swallowing after oral sex. A month or so later, it was the same thing, she wanted me to start wearing condoms. Something just really started feeling 'off' about the whole thing and we broke up soon after. Turns out she fell for some hippy-dippy alpha male shaman spirit…

IMO, saying something like "I use Uber instead of inconveniencing you" can come off as defensive. It also could be interpreted as argumentative or complaining. It seems like maybe you are pushing back on her. I also think this is bad because you are attempting to frame an argument here with an appeal to logic instead of just stating the fact that you can not or will not give her a ride that evening. There are a lot of good points here that I won't reiterate. Back in the day I did try Rogaine, it helped a bit but I noticed my erections weren't as firm/mighty so I just stopped using it. Not a major difference but enough that I didn't think it was worth it. Two advantages actually is that when you go ba…

I wonder do you necessarily need to change class signals. Women often go for flings with lower class guys like musicians, construction workers, bartenders, etc. If they have good standing in their own scene they are seen as desirable. And they definitely don't get mistaken for beta bucks. I don't know, just a thought.

Why are you wasting your time hanging out with a girl you don't want to have sex with? You would be better off investing that time in yourself, in fostering friendships with other males, or dating women you're actually interested in.

B: If you don't use Facebook that often, who is the message for? Yup, very much so. I thought she would never do something so childish, but she did. I also don't think she would ever cheat but it's good to remember that noone is above it. I guess set enough boundaries, mess with those feels and look what happens. I don't intend to make this an issue but it's very interesting to be aware of and keep in mind. I refuse to play a jealousy script with her.

I mentioned it in another comment, but basically I came home in the evening and tried to be chipper and calm. She confronted me, 'where did you go today' and was very upset. I explained that she didn't need to know, that I just needed to remove myself from the situation that was occurring during our argument. She said sarcastically, 'so this is how it's going to be then' and I told her yes this is how it's going to be when she's behaving in that manner and I need space/fresh air. Another couple …

She does sound a bit crazy and maybe to be avoided. One thing you could try though. Send her one text - tell her you want to fuck, give her a time and a place. If she ignores, no big loss. If she tries to start a long back and forth texting, refuse just text one more time, 'just meet me at x time x place' and stop responding. If she doesn't show up in 20-30 minutes to your designated meeting, have a backup plan so you don't waste any time on this girl. If this works, this girl is not even plate …

Very very little advantage in our society to a LTR. If I had life to live again I would avoid at all costs. If you must, I would consider the age range of 45-55 years old as a time to consider settling down. Hopefully by then you've made enough mistakes and had enough life experience to know what works and what doesn't. You will have spent all that time building a great SMV and can find someone fairly younger. I've seen guys in trp in their 50s enjoying spinning plates and their freedom, though.

You're pretty young, how long does it take to recharge and how long does it take you to orgasm the second time? When I was 20 I could probably get it up again after 5-10 minutes, and you'd probably last longer immediately after your first orgasm. Until you resolve the issue, one way to deal with it is don't worry about it. Like you say, marriage will need a little beta 'doing my part' stuff. Are the chores you're doing obvious stuff that you know needs to be done? If so, you can perhaps seize upon the Captain/First Mate approach. Instead of her throwing chores your way, announce some chore around the house that you're planning on doing and throw something her way, too, either as a helping capacity (I wash/you dry) or just a different job (I going to mow the yard, can you mop while I'm not trudging around the house…

The stereotypical comment I always see is 90% of weightloss is diet, so you have that covered pretty well. I'd consult with a sports medicine doctor and see what exercises would be safe for you. I suppose a lot of this depends on context, how long have you known the person, what's the status of the relationship, how does she generally treat you. Sometimes these situations can work out very well, you can hang out with her coworkers, maybe flirt with the cute ones, basically be the life of the party guy. In my mind, "I'm not a mind reader" is a passive-aggressive response that implies that I feel guilty and am trying to put the situation back on her. It's meant to covertly provoke and continue an argument instead of putting an immediate end to the situation. My response, "I shouldn't really have run the dishwasher if you wanted to take a bath" is, in principle, agreeing with her without admitting fault and shutting down her avenues of continuing an argument. In my experience, simple statements like "I had no way of knowing you were taking a bath, so I ran the dishwasher" only exacerbate her negative behavior. First of all, if a man is improving himself as much as possible and the woman feels insecure, that's not the man's fault. All people should be responsible for their own emotions instead of blaming others. Women want both security and tingles (AF/BB) The key in LTR is to find the proper balance for these to properties in a way that works for both people. As usual in questions not concerning infidelity, the question you must ask yourself is, "What would I do if I didn't have a girlfriend?" That is the course of action you should then take. You should allow noone to keep you from a fulfilling life. If she wants to go so badly, perhaps she could learn the art of setting long-term goals and saving money, instead of entitlement and short-term gratification.

I like this quote, "confidence isn't about being perfect, but actually embracing imperfection and allowing people to connect with it" You might want to read Mark Manson's 'Models' and get a grasp on his idea of 'vulnerability' which I think is what you're getting at a bit here.

I'm weighing my divorce options right now and my wife makes no money. I hope I don't get financially fucked from this but I figure if I end up paying alimony, at least I will be free to do whatever I want with the money I have left and with my time/life. Meeting the divorce lawyer next week.

This sounds like an extreme waste of your time. Don't waste your resources on things that have no benefit to you.

This anecdote is mentioned in the BBC documentary 'Century of the Self.' It's really an incredible series about the use of psychological techniques to manipulate the public. I consider it essential viewing.

It's not real-world logic, it's using rhetoric as a way of playing to the woman's emotions and increasing dread.

This is great and it works. If there is actually something you need to apologize for, go ahead and accept the blame without excuses. But if she tries to drag it out, bitch and moan and create more drama, refuse to go down that road.

There is way too much going on here to give a good response. What exactly are you asking? Whether or not you have the 'right' to complain or vent or look to your wife for emotional support? TRP view on this is no, you should not show weakness to her. Vent to your buddies or find a councilor to unload your feelings to. Without understanding your financial/medical situation it's hard to give specifics but if your wife is unable to work, you gotta make the money I guess, but if you handle the budge…

I would see if there's any way you could talk to someone in the military who has already gone this route and could mentor you or at least you could buy them lunch and pick their brain about it. The pay is bad, but it could possibly be a better career path in the long run, esp. if its that type of deal where you're able to do a lot of networking and end up with tons of connections for the future.

I agree with get off facebook, but probably the best thing to do in this situation in the future is to have the girls being the ones taking the pictures and then telling them to be sure to tag you. That way you can get the benefits and still remain above it all. I'm married and still do this shit all the time at bars, girls take selfies with me, tag me, wife acts like an angry bitch for awhile but it's helped our sex life.

I may be out of line here but this: "And his ability to easily fly off the handle at any perceived slight against him...real or otherwise." makes me think he might benefit from reading Married Man Sex Life or maybe someone else can recommend some other good redpill material for him. He needs to keep his emotions in check and not project insecurity. He doesn't understand how to argue with a woman and it's leading him to frustration and violence. He is likely passive-aggressive in many other aspec…

I was in the exact same boat as you. You need to FACE YOUR FEAR and get past it. What would be so terrible about your wife getting angry? Would she murder you? Deny you sex - who the fuck cares, even in LTR you need to develop abundance mentality and outcome independence. This will increase dread and reduce her chances of cutting you off. She is more likely to deny you sex for failing the shit test when you get back home, not from you staying out. Is your frame so fragile that you cannot remain …

LOL - I just read one of the links from this new republic article supposedly supporting the author's case for ancient 'egalitarian society.' http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2003/08/030807075457.htm It basically says that sex based size differences in fossils are about the same as contemporary humans so they are guessing at "the same kind of modern social structure" as we have today. Also, the 'egalitarianism' of this article is specifically referring to cooperation among males, speculating …

So much nonsense in this article. PUAHate may be idiots but representing their entire culture based on the chat log of two joking sarcastic kids is ridiculous. Like summing up the fitness community from the worst threads on /fit/. Not going to waste time debunking all of this but I had to mention this one thing - "Early art venerated the female, not male, form, and so matriarchal societies may have been common." This is a ridiculous leap of logic which directly contradicts other sources in this …

I heard reed instruments were good cause you show good mouth skillz ;) Honestly, even nerdy instruments can be cool if you're actually getting up on stage in front of people. At a minimum you could get a couple people together and hit up open mics or jazz sit-in sessions once in awhile.

Years ago my girlfriend and I were 'taking a break' and she fucked some musician dude. We eventually got back together and tried to make a go of it. Sometime later, I was at a concert and this dude was like the main attraction, I had a breakdown, went home and cried for an hour or so. My GF was there and that was basically the end of our relationship. It went on for months longer, but looking back I can see that that moment was the exact point that her feelings for me changed forever. classic bl…

A lot of old societies have a ritualistic practice whereby boys entering adolescence are removed from the 'world of the women' and indoctrinated into the 'world of the men' I think this is because it was recognized that women are not equipped to provide the leadership and lessons and teaching that boys need to become men in society. Quite possibly all this manosphere stuff is actually us trying to figure this out on our own because a lack of the male guidance we needed at that younger age.

Try to objectively determine your ugliness level out of truth and not self-pity. Find an actor, musician, writer, whatever as ugly as you are - that dude has probably gotten and is getting laid. Change what you can, your fitness level, the way you dress, your attitude, and get involved in something that will give you social status in whatever social circle you'd be into. Do community theater, volunteer for political stuff, learn an instrument, take a stand-up comedy class, check meetup for hikin…

WTF - do you want a divorce or not? If she doesn't agree to it, tell her you're doing it anyway and her life will be a living hell as it drags out and her dirty laundry gets aired publicly. You have all the power in this situation, not her.

If the context is someone you don't know well and are running game on, maybe something jokingly like, "That's fine, I'm cool with oral." You sexualize the interaction, you possibly get her picturing the act, and you provoke a reaction. Either a quick blowoff or increased interest - either way you save your time.

I think it depends on the type of person you are. If you're the type who could read it objectively for intellectual interest and see which aspects of the book applied to you without taking too seriously the parts that you shouldn't personally be concerned with, you probably could get some good stuff out of it. If you're the type of person who just really gets into a book, absorbs everything, and internalizes everything about it, you probably would want to avoid this until you ever reach the poin…

Things have been much better lately. I think it's the combination of me being more active and engaged with her in the car so her mind is off her anxiety along with your suggestion of the "You are safe with me" approach. One time I actually just pulled over to the shoulder for a second, put my hand on her thigh and told her that no way in hell would I ever let anything bad happen to her on my watch. I've been working hard at projecting strength/confidence in all facets of life and I think it's st…

Agreeing w/ projectself. No More Mr. Nice Guy and also Married Man Sex Life Primer are good reading for achieving good alpha/beta balance for a LTR. IMO (I'm married many years too), you can't just start going all out redpill like flipping a switch - esp. after so many years in the relationship. You need time to process and internalize a lot of this stuff. For now, you need to focus above all else on maintaining frame and passing all the shit tests that you've been failing. MAINTAIN CONFIDENCE. …

lol, this is such stock hardcore redpill that I thought it was a parody at first until reading your other comments. I have been lifting weights for about 6 months, got a lot more fit and confident. Sex life is way improved. Still a long way to go which is why I'm willing to work on myself and my frame before going nuclear option.
