No offense but this is is pretty innacurate, it's simply reported more often in LGBTQ+ community than it is in hetero relations, chief reason being the woman is afraid for her safety and security in a hetero. The fact we can document it is useful but blatantly doesnt change the sad fact men commit domestic violence much more frequently upon women than any other group. The good ones aren't but they're either taken or not interested. Hmm.. What about simply avoiding swings and parrying their strikes. The parry can deflect and injure without taking a direct swing, grabbing and potentially harming them purposely.
