Yeah, but we’re talking about overall weight, not amount of fat. Statistically, black people have higher muscle growth and are taller than Asian people. This is just genetics and is well documented. Should those black people who are in good, healthy shape be charged more than Asians who are in good, healthy shape, purely because their genetics caused them to be taller and more muscular (on average)?

I think that people SHOULD vote for third parties if they really want to, because each time the third party gets a bigger vote, they’ll get more recognition. Maybe 3.5% this year, 3.8% next election, 4.3%... if the two major parties continue to go off the deep end it may start to rise and actually become a prominent option to vote for third party

Clearly not the case. For example, my dad. My mom recently went back to working as an Actuary and makes less money than him, but still makes money (and may soon make more than him when she gets her masters). Additionally, since they aren’t divorced and don’t plan to be any time soon as they have an amazing relationship, he won’t ever lose any money to her. You’re just picking the cases where it ends badly as a basis for something that isn’t intended to be done the way it is in your cases.

While children at ages 14-18 may be sexually developed, we have extensive proof that their brains are not fully developed and very malleable. We, as a society, have concluded that is best to keep them from having sexual relations with older people as they are generally (naturally) seen as authority figures until they are around 18, which represents an abuse of power that the child then sees as normal from then on.

Like I said, there has to be evidence that the person knew they were going to die. In this case, we have text logs showing that she without a doubt knew that he had a generator on in the car, attempting to kill him self. Knowing someone has depression or has been suicidal in the past is not enough, because there is a lack of clear evidence that they knew their actions/words would cause the person to commit suicide.
