No. The law is based on precedent and is very hard to change. Newer information points to brains not being fully developed till the age of 25. I'm just curious because I don't know how those meetups on reddit work... but what exactly is keeping the person allegedly being spammed/threatened from solving the problem? Couldn't they just use a throw-away account to make the thread and then create a meetup at meetup.com, then just point everyone there (as in say in the OP that they will not be using the account for anything else and people should not pm them and they will not respond)?

That's one way to look at it, but I think that's overplaying to an agenda of making women look like victim/attention seeking individuals. Another way to look at it is that women want to know about the drama that happens in each other's lives and share in the emotions each one goes through. This video personally convinces me the center is needed, not the opposite. That being said, the people proposing this center should give in to any demands the opposition has. For example, while I find it hard to impossible to believe the center was proposed without a budget, this does seem to be a repeated issues in the video. I'm circumcised. What has always bugged me about the practice is the sheer acceptance without question of it. Yup, I remember taking psychology 101 and them discussing memory. We humans are not like computers. Computers have a hard drive and RAM (and some other separate levels like cache) memory. I remember you posted about this not long ago and received some poor responses from certain subreddit communities. Have you done any field testing with this algorithm to determine its accuracy? Have you done any analysis on the relationship between the number of comments analyzed to its accuracy (I assume if you feed one person's comment to it there's a higher probability of a false positive compared to if you feed it 100 comments)?
