When grouped by sexual orientation, Homosexual men and Heterosexual women are the two groups most likely to have disordered eating, low body image, and low self esteem overall. 1	Gender misconceptions “men care more about looks” isn’t a misconception and comes mainly from the fact that it’s the one area men aren’t willing to compromise on. They are willing to commit to a woman that makes less money or is less intelligent, but they are highly unlikely to commit to a woman that is uglier than them.
