0	Idiotic Missed Opportunity Two things that helped me were: 1) Talk to everybody, NOT just attractive women. When you create a hierarchy of "she's a 7, she's a 3, etc" what you've actually done is assign a value to yourself and that makes you nervous when you talk to someone with a higher "value". 2) Practice practice practice. Ask out friends to get food, ask out coworkers for drinks (guys and girls), get out of the house as much as possible. 3) Understand that people actually enjoy being asked out.
