How does it differ from a hooker? She is acknowledging because she does all that for you (and excludes all the stuff you do for her) you need to pay her part of the billls. All this can be solved by having "voluntary welfare program", where you can optin and payin if you agree with governments welfare idea. The one who isn't part of the scheme gets nothing and don't have to contribute and can't join later, as simple as that. Welfare money should not come from taxes but it should be a different program altogether. But it doesn't exist anywhere, why?
