2	What are some physical hygiene tips/Ways you like to care for your physical hygiene? I think oral hygiene is often missed by a lot of people, men or women in general. I floss every night, brush twice a day, and I use a tongue scraper. A tongue scraper was the best tool I bought because a lot of bad odor originates from the tongue, plus a white tongue is not cute. I also try to rinse in between meals if I can’t brush my teeth. This sounds silly but I recommend wearing clothes you feel sexy in (could be lingerie, could just be a t shirt), spritz some perfume, apply your favorite lipstick, put on some music, and just let loose and dance in the comfort/privacy of your room alone. Practice your moves in front of the mirror, watch those hip hop choreography videos if you want. The easiest move to practice is shaking your hips lol.
