$20 chair from Menard. Nothing special. Wasn't even their favorite.

The issue is if you leave someone out of the will they have a case and they can sue for being left out. It's better to leave them something small so they can't claim they were forgotten. Dealing with this directly with family. They were left a single foldup chair. So that they couldn't claim they were forgotten.

I took a few in college for some credit. There were students giving them for practice. It wildly varied based on the student giving it. The teacher would give a test and then the students would to see how they did. But as iq was based on a test and knowledge of the questions changes the test interesting things happend.

This comes down to a simple legal test. What was the attack motivated by. If the child had been another race, or religion, political affiliation, and the attack was based on that connection its a hate crime. As shown by the video. The child was attacked because he had a hat. If he was black or Jewish and attacked solely for that reason its a hate crime. These women were nuts they attacked a child solely for the hat he was wearing. Punched twice and kicked once. The child doesn't understand the p…

This might be buried but i hope i can provide a explanation on why this case would be a hate crime. If they just stole the hat and left it would just be theft. If they just hit the kid once and left it would be assault. But they hit the kid on camera twice and once off camera. There are 2 videos. I am having difficulty locating them do to being censored. 1 edited video below. not edited by me. At :30 sec woman in red hits kid slightly off camera while taking hat off ground. at 1:27 woman in blac…

This article is missing quite a bit. There are 2 videos. 1 showing the women knocking the hat off the kid and punching the kid and the other video catches the women kicking the kid when he tries to get the hat off the ground. Both original copies have been removed from most sites you wont find the originals on facebook or youtube or twitter. Copies exist come of them were linked here but have already been removed. Below is one copy of the vid but there are edits. What happened to the kid is not …

They punched the kid and it was caught on video. This is over a child wearing a hat. One which message he might not even understand. Violently attacking someone over opinions is ridiculous. Its now up to the courts to decide.

Inches and the British imperial system was designed as a simple standard. Something the average person could use or measure against easily. So 1 foot is just that 1 foot. 1 inch is about the fist knuckle of your thumb to the tip of the thumb. 1 yard was about 1 pace of step. It was basic measuring for the common man. So what if people still use that system.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
