0	Corporations are not your fucking friend and you should not take politics from them. Don't let them influence you. I wasn't about to interrupt my important renovations to collect links from google for someone who can't be bothered to do so themselves but is happy to question others. Please don't aimlessly throw around the skepticism dagger at well proven things if you happen to be unfamiliar with them yourself. It's a dangerous behavior. A good example of what you’re talking about is the origins of the term and concept of the “carbon footprint” each of us has. It came from a marketing department at BP in the early 2000’s.
