I wasn't about to interrupt my important renovations to collect links from google for someone who can't be bothered to do so themselves but is happy to question others. Does it really matter though? HR typically projects that their job is to manage and protect the employees and handle issues to make the workplace more comfortable, welcoming, and ultimately functional for everyone, but the reality is their job is ultimately to protect the company, not the workers.
