Appreciate it. I read so much on here where everything is always side ways. I have spoken to a lawyer and have another meeting on the books coming up to get further into discovery. But with 3 kids, we will have to work together long term anyhow so the more we can do without lawyers the better. By the way for the rest of the thread, I did speak to a lawyer about the move out thing, and since we do not own a home (only renting) there is little/no concern (at least here in AZ) with that issue. Food…

1 thing I forgot to mention is that we sold our house in Dec and are currently living in a leased home (1 year, half way through). So we actually don't have any ownership or any debt. In that way financials from things of sale of abandonment is minimal at the moment.

I really appreciate the reply. I did speak to a lawyer and he said there is not benefit to filing seperation paperwork in AZ. He said if you are at that point then divorce is the next option. I totally share you sentiment, in fact believe that the only way we have a future is if she can recognize and communication where she holds some of the responsibility. I have my doubts as just this week I told her I talked with her mom and sister and her response was "Did they talk any sense into you?" That…

No documentation has been filed at all. Right now I spent a few days at the apt and have spent the past 3 days in our primary residence with the kids.

I don't know I guess because we are trying to figure this whole thing out and do right by the kids. This method offered us the ability to both get away and not impact the kids with school access and such while we figure out the long term plan.

I appreciate the reply. You actually strike a cord because we are on our 2nd therapist and she continues to complain about each of them how they arent helping us. It feels to me like she doesnt want to listen when he says something that doesnt back up her mindset and hence then goes on to say that he isnt helping. Its like she wants to be justified in her belief system and that I should just adopt it fully. Appreciate the reply.

Ok I got it. I was advised by a lawyer something else here in AZ. Also, we signed a joint lease on an apt for 3 months while we are in our initial separation. How does that play out? Any experience on this thread there? I appreciate the lessons learned by others on here. Thanks for replying.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
