What helped me was breaking all contacts with everyone I knew (except co-workers of course). It showed me that having nobody in the world is really not that bad. You will keep caring what other people think about you, because of natural fear of losing them, until you experience the loss and realize there is nothing to fear for.	/r/TheRedPill	16/12/17 08:48 PM
