2	I sent 100 applications as a man and a woman. It's MUCH better being a woman Unfortunately there are now job listings now that specify you must identify as a woman and/or bipoc for the position. I think it's a discriminatory hiring process that should be eliminated. When applying for a position, the employer should not know your gender or colour of your skin or any physucal features .
