Unfortunately there are now job listings now that specify you must identify as a woman and/or bipoc for the position. I think it's a discriminatory hiring process that should be eliminated. When applying for a position, the employer should not know your gender or colour of your skin or any physucal features . All they need to know is what makes you competent for the position.

My mother is the one who recommended that I listen to him - she loves his podcasts. All of her girlfriends listen as well and that's how she found out about him.

You know something is seriously wrong with society when you know that, as a man, you will most likely be chastised for even mentioning that it is men's mental health awareness month.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
