I had a friend take a 1/4th of a bar with me for his first time and he passed out for 4 hours in the middle of the day. Everyone reacts to it differently for me personally I hardly feel the effects of a full bar. My best recommendation if you do Xanax is to start with a quarter or half at home and you don't have anything planned to see how it hits you.

We're in the same boat I'm the same way. This summer I took bars for the first time just when going out socially and it took the edge off slightly. It allowed me to approach more women, and bring some home with me. It's a drug that you don't want to take a lot of and is highly addictive especially for people like you and me where it takes away social anxiety. Thank for the response, you're completely right missed out on an awesome opportunity just cause I drank too much, just stressing cause I'm 22 and this has never happened to me before, just stressed that this could be a sign of ED.
