And yeah, this shit can be surprisingly scary and honestly it’s just all social conditioning mixed in with evolutionary psychology. Once you just realize that talking to people in and of itself is no big deal, it doesn’t become a big deal haha. Go out and do at least one approach! That’s what I always do. Basically, the first 5 approaches I set out to just day hi and eject. Then the next 5 I set out to say just one more sentence after the opener. Then the next 5 I set out to close.
