Bummer that it wasn't scalding hot coffee getting chucked in her face. What a bitch.

"Rape" won't be a lie after the prison guards get a good look at her. And they probably won't be very gentle about it, either.

You got that backwards, but you should really take your own advice.

I grew up in the real world, where a faggot's genes didn't get passed on. Ever see a gay rooster? A gay bull? A gay cat or dog? Nope. Not natural. Because they are abberations, and their disorder dies with them. But hey, if you like biting pillows, that's your business.

No, I'm not trolling. And I'm not a half wit, just a realist-a realist who's sick of "precious snowflakes" who think their boss is "being mean to them" because he expects an honest days work and won't provide Play-Dough and coloring books because someone violated their "safe space" and used "trigger words".

Nope. Just reality based.

Hence the "normal thought processes of a red-blooded American male". If a red blooded American male was fantasizing about horny young male teachers, that would eliminate the "normal" part.

No, the crux of my argument is that whiney little bitches always try to get more money and scream "wage theft" when they don't earn it. "Wage theft" also has little to do with at-will employment.

Uh huh... "Wage Theft" like the Unions collecting dues extorting money to stand up for the little guy pad the wallets of the union leadership so they can fight for the little guy make operations so expensive it forces the business to shutter its doors and move to a more economically tenable environment? Not buying it. Unions are a cancer that wipes out entire economic bases within a city (look at Detroit, Gary, et al...) and then blames the corporations (who are beholden to their shareholders wh…

"Reasonable" is subjective, depending on the position of the person making the perception.

...and the employee, if they act like a responsible adult by doing things like showing up to work, and showing up on time; by showing up sober, and showing up to do the work they're paid to do. What makes that a hard concept to grasp?

Well, you're either a fundie or a faggot; I think you just clarified which pretty succintly.

Not germane to your question. You asked if I would want to be the "victim" of such a crime privelege. I can tell you emphatically "YES!", I would LOVE to have that opportunity. Because quite frankly, if there's no coercion going on, age of consent is as misguided as laws against recreational pot use. EDIT: It's Sunday. Shouldn't you be kneeling in a church somewhere?

Tell you what... if someone like that chose me over all of the undoubtedly hundreds of guys trying to pick her up, I would be flattered. And America is one of the only countries with such huge hang-ups about age of consent. Lastly, I'll close with, "You can't rape the willing. The very very willing."

Nope. "At will" employment means either party has no contractual obligation to provide serivces or employment. Employee can't say "you owe me this job for XX number of years and you owe me a house and a car" and employer can't say "If you don't come in Saturday you will be penalized for breach of contract".

In this modern day, even in an "at will" state, justification is needed for termination. You need documentation of gross misconduct or incompetence before you can be fired. SOURCE: Middle management position for 5 years.

Maybe she found another guy? Bought a dildo? I, too, am curious about the phrase "made redundant".

Why do these hot teachers only fuck snitches. I'm guessing in this case Lucky wasn't a snitch, rather he was the victim of nosy parents. "Gee... Lucky is spending a lot of time locked in the bathroom with his cell phone. And he's waaaaay over budget on text messages and data. Better take a look at his phone!"

Jeeeeeee-zusss CHRIST! Where were the teachers like this when I was in High School!? All we had were landwhales, lumberjack lesbos, and dessicated cryptkeeper wanna-bes! EDIT: ...and one cutter who had the physique of a Dachau survivor.

I love how he's so unfazed by her and even takes a drink as he steps over her on the floor.

Nope. Recording a conversation without consent of at least one of the parties involved is considered a crime, regardless of intent to use it and can land you in court. Regardless of what you might think. EDIT: A little light reading from someone who knows. Illegal. Note that nowhere in the text does is say "...but only if you plan to use the recordings in court."

Not in MN. Recording a crazy chick saved my job. Took all the wind out of the psycho's sails. She said I was the one making all the romantic overtures, but I had the audio and chat logs of her coming on to me the whole time. Yep, "one party consent" (in the context of recording a conversation) is a beautiful thing!
