I'm not sure, I dont pick up people lol. But just thinking form a women's perspective maybe moving to sitting on a bed or coach and sharing a blanket to warm her up. You could then get touchy form there. Or turn up your turmesthat lol

Have you dated before? I'd suggest putting yourself out there on some dating apps. Maybe try joining a group like a bowling team or something to work on your social skills and possibly meet women. I'm not sure how possible that is right now because of covid/your location though

Off topic, but you should avoid hitting on people when there working even if they seem interested. Alot of times its just there customer service voice and they just want to get back to work. Ik its always really uncomfortable when a guy hits on me at work. Obviously if they start by being flirty or ask for your number its complete okay

It really depends how the date gose, plenty of people do kiss on the first date. However some don't, I waited about a month of going on dates with my bf before kissing him. Just because thats where our comfort zone was, I'd wait tell the second date but thats just me lol.
