It's mostly about genetic wiring, We are all subject to thousands of years of evolutionary programming and while men are predisposed to going out and spreading their seed as much as possible, women are more inclined to protect teritory and see other women as a threat. When you are "friend-zoned" it means they see you as an easy acquisition and file you away for a rainy day. When you pursue other women they see the threat of loss and become re-invested in the relationship. By you telling them "it…

Dude, just invite her back to your place. If she says no after that then you're just a meal ticket.

Awesome! Congrats, it gets easer from here.

Put down the phone and get out there. Face to face is the way to go, so many social cues and so much of the non-verbal evolutionary body language does not convey through email and text.

I live right here in sunny Florida. And you weren't targeted, it's just a simple observation based on your obvious negativity towards women. You do know that it will pollute every interaction and become a self-fulfilling prophecy, right? I have met plenty of game players and also plenty of honest open girls. It's up to you which ones you choose to focus on.

Wow, brother! some girl must have really done a number on you to make you so salty towards women. That's unfortunate, it will permeate every interaction you have with them.

Short answer.......No! you do not have to put up with it. The girls you describe are the game players. So girls get off seeing how far they can string you along. They tell your friend they were interested, you start pursuing them again and the cycle repeats. There are way to many girls who are not into games for you to waste your time only to get ghosted or friends listed in the end. With these girls the old rule applies, he who cares the least wins.

I have had that happen a few times and I take it as a positive as it is obvious that I am not in the 'Nice guy/safe guy" zone. As far as how I reply......It's usually something like "Thank god, I was trying to figure out how I was going to let you down easy if the conversation went in that direction". Sometimes that actually turns the tables and we spark. lol

"How good"? Most people in the internet age don't want to hear this but it's actually the only thing that works. Putting yourself out there and powering through the apprehension is the only way to get better at social interactions. Everything you read or hear online can help with mindset but only first-hand experience and time in the trenches will get you to the point where it will do you any good. As you have found out......There is no magic pill.

It is as it has always been. It is all the same, While the advent of internet dating apps has opened the field of men up for women to choose from there are also more women for men to approach. You can not expand one without expanding the other. Dating has always been a timing game and the more physically desirable the person the smaller the window of time there is when they are single. The good news is that being in a group of friends gives you the advantage of familiarity and reduced risk over …

Yep, People watching is an awesome sport. you'll be amazed at what you can pick up on.

Nope, you do the unthinkable...........You strike up conversations with the bartender or other patrons, male or female it doesn't matter. Girls, or people in general, are attracted to people who look like they are having fun. and nobody looks at a guy sitting at the bar staring at a cell phone and thinks, man that guy looks like a good time.
/r/seduction10/06/21 07:01 PM

Well said and well done! That is the secret, "JUST FUCKING GO OUT". Nothing will happen sitting at home on the computer. The only thing I might suggest is dropping the text conversations, people sitting in bars glued to their phones do not look approachable. I usually place my phone FACE DOWN on the bar and don't touch it so that I stay in the moment.

That's awesome man, it gets easier with practice.

You are correct, it's not fair, and neither is anything else in life but here we are. For the record, guys playing the "it's not fair" game is one of the most unattractive things a guy can do.

LMAO! I'm 5'8" Hardly tall and have historically done quite well. Your problem isn't your height it's your excuse-making.

A lot can happen, you could be hit by space junk falling out of orbit tomorrow. If you're constantly worrying about the bad things that might happen you'll miss all the good things that could happen. Pro tip: Girls tend to date within a certain radius of their social circles, the people there are already vetted by the group and there is a certain amount of security in that.
/r/seduction02/06/21 02:25 PM

Ok, here are your detailed instructions: Leave your apartment. go to places where people (girls) hang out. Talk to them. Find a hobby that other people (girls) participate in. rinse and repeat until you are successful. There are no tricks or easy answers, yes there are certain social skills you need to practice but you still will need to follow the above list.

Wow, that sucks! what campus is that? Most of the country is open for business, sounds like you should look into changing schools. Regardless, the advice stays the same. Once you get out of the bullshit situation you are in......Get out there!
/r/seduction01/06/21 02:43 PM

Why can't you?
/r/seduction01/06/21 02:13 PM

You will get better with practice. It's just like learning to fight as a kid, the first time you will most likely get punched in the face......but, you realize it wasn't as bad as you built it up to be in your mind, and now you know a little of what to expect next time. With each approach, you will learn and adjust your style. The bottom line, just get out there.

Yep, and it is still true, your opportunities and the quality of people will increase dramatically if you are gainfully employed. The does not mean you will not "get some action" as you put it, life is not a zero-sum game.

Actually, it's much harder. Much of what attracts two people IRL is missing from an online approach. There is no eye contact, the context of tone, pheromones, Body language, etc. The illusion that it's easier to handle rejection hides the fact that it is a crutch and like all crutches, it will eventually rob you of what you think it's helping you with if used to excess for too long. Get out there and mingle or remain single.
/r/seduction28/04/21 05:12 PM
1

Sorry Brother but your outburst just makes you look bitter. Yes, women are looking for the best they can get......why wouldn't they? You may not like the message or the rules of the game but the choice is to learn to adapt or pack up and go home. No one is going to adjust their desires or tastes to meet your worldview. Just to test your theory, walk around for the next week and just say "Hey" and nothing but "Hey" to every girl you see IRL and let us know how it goes.

A lot of what you point out is the same whether you are on-line dating or going old school face-to-face in clubs and bars. Women will always, and have always attracted more Direct attention than men. Although as you point out it sets up a quality vs quantity situation. Most of what you talk about is just biology and a few thousand years of human evolution. We as men are pre-wired to go out and "spread our seed" as often as possible. thus the more frequent messages in your friend's inbox. We (men…

Think of it this way. In a bar or club, you are approaching her in public. Online this is the equivalent of an open chat. right or wrong "sliding into a girl's DMs" un-invited can be seen the same way as showing up at a girl's apartment because you thought she was hot at the bar. It silly but that's the way it is.

Love it! But you forgot to say, get the fuck off the computer, get out and socialize with real people. Only then will you developed any real game.

Your intuition on her "goodnight" was spot on as you found out. But there was nothing wrong with a follow-up text just to be sure you didn't misread things. Done! checked that box, time to move on.

I grew up in the Garland/Plano area. But most of the places that were hot are long gone now. If I moved back I would have to start from zero! lol

1 out of 7 on cold approaches is pretty good. "I have a boyfriend" is the #1 "let'em down easy" line.

You do know that as you age you become more attractive to some women don't you? Oh, and a little secret, there are women thinking the exact same thing.
/r/seduction17/12/20 04:27 PM

The whole "Bad Boy" thing comes from youth and inexperience. When women are young they tend to gravitate towards guys who "confidently" act out. And young men are more than happy to compete for their attention. Luckily things change as those same Men and Women gain experience in the dating world. you can be confident and masculine without being an inconsiderate asshole.
/r/seduction16/12/20 06:21 PM

Absolute truth! This is becoming even more of a premium as many people retreat to a mostly on-line existence. While an online social presence can enhance an overall social circle, it can not replace one entirely. You must still get out and create live and in-person social skills.

Exactly! A girl making herself available to be kissed is the move.

Wow, so not true. Are you offering to pick them up? If not why not?
/r/seduction07/12/20 07:15 PM

That is the way bars and nightclubs have always been and people have managed to hook up and date in that environment from the beginning of time. If she is into you she will make herself available to talk. If she wants to go home with you she will make that happen too. I have had girls ask if I would mind giving them a ride later because their friends want to take off. Usually, this only happens after you have met a couple of times at the club. Seduction and dating are a long ball game, you have …

Exactly, the furthest thing from masculine behavior.
/r/seduction04/12/20 03:17 PM

I agree. However "incels" are the farthest thing from Masculine as they maintain a slave morality constantly blaming others for their own inadequacy rather than rising to the challenge, learning and growing. The later being a masters morality.
/r/seduction03/12/20 08:43 PM

I see both old and new thinking in your post. The modern way of thinking about masculinity often flies in the face of what it is to be a "man". Much of what is "modern thought" on Manliness and masculinity comes from a feminine point of view on the subject, which historically always happens in times of relative peace and plenty as women always seek to calm men and bring them around to a more domesticated way of thinking when times are easy. Yet if one watches closely and listens you will find th…

Yep! what's old is new once more, walking up to a girl you find attractive and simply asking her out. Live person to person interaction. The best part is that everyone has been dating virtually for so long now that it seems even more confident and appealing. Pro tip- Be sure and drop the mask before doing it. This isn't old Soviet Russia, and you don't want to come across like Mike Myers when you ask her out. lol

Just adjust and make a joke out of it, something like "well, I guess you can tell that I like you". Don't overthink it, if you two are making out the mutual interest has already been established. Just relax and quit overthinking it brother.
