9	"You can tell him I raped you." Yeah, cute or not this guy is not a winner. Pressing a suit after you've given a very clear "no" isn't appropriate or acceptable behavior. 1	Make a false rape/abuse accusation as leverage in child custody dispute, earn an irrebuttable presumption of being an unfit parent and loss of parental rights. That should be the law, in my humble opinion I couldn't agree more. 6	Woman makes eight false rape claims, but serves no jail time You are exactly correct. Someone needs to inform a judge of her behavior since judges (and other legal authorities) do not routinely go out and look for this behavior. I'd guess that after this article those actions will be taken.
