1	Man serves 4 YEARS in prison for a fake rape accusation until it's discovered the woman lied. He gets $90,000 as a "compensation", she gets a 2 month weekend service-only sentence. Nah, youre right that compensating this man less may cause other false accusers to come forward and thatll be an overall benefit, but that shouldnt be a relevant factor. The man had his life destroyed and he deserves more. We shouldnt be forcing him to sacrifice for the good of society. That shouldnt be his obligation. 1	[CMV] Monogamy requires commitment to limit sex to each other, but also reasonable access to sex. If you deny access, you have broken the monogamous agreement just as much as an affair would have.
