Just someone familiar with the cases interpreting the Fourth Amendment. Under existing case law the Fourth Amendment bars cops from demanding identifying information from a passenger at a traffic stop in the absence of a reasonable articulable suspicion that the passenger has committed, is committing, or is about to commit a crime. They can generally ask, but the passenger is not required to provide it. Unfortunately there are too many cops who believe otherwise.	/r/PussyPassDenied	10/05/20 04:07 PM

She didn't have any warrants and gave her information, though not required to as it was a traffic stop and she wasn't driving.
