16	Why do so many men hate gift giving? Yes!! I was literally talking to my friend about this the other day. My father stopped buying my mother gifts before I was born. She buys all gifts for both sides of the family and he has zero input. 16	Self-Sabotage! Don't Underestimate Your Subconscious. This is so important! It really is how old trauma continues to control us for so long, so insidiously. I think daily journalling can really help by teaching you to notice your emotions. I started when I read ‘The Artist’s Way’ course/book by Julia Cameron, which recommended writing 3 pages stream of consciousness before you begin your day.
