The court hasn’t ruled in her favor as that trial is still ongoing. The trial Depp lost was from the Sun newspaper calling him a wife beater. One of my biggest problems with today's laws are unions are less effective because we have to announce a strike before it happens taking power away from unions and workers. It's very convenient they can hire temps to cover jobs. People should have fought that law when it went in.

How do they figure the FBI report excludes statutory rape and incest? Wouldn't that still fall under the rape definition? Also doesn't combining three different sources from different years skew the results? This just seems like a poorly thought out article to me.
