Curious how much you get paid and how big your company is. I’m a Sr Data Analyst and considering a move to software or data engineering in order to have the lifestyle you describe haha.

I’ve played this game with myself in the past and told myself I can smoke for “recovery” and to relax after a workout. In the end I just get ravenous munchies, eat like shit, and undo all my cutting progress. The best version of myself doesn’t smoke weed often. Just my two cents

No, I think you are right. I’ve consulted with a few other colleagues and people in data and they’ve said similar things. Very fascinating ideas in the video. Going to try to implement some of the ideas there somehow. Thanks my guy!

I’ve been trying to develop some sort of courses or tutorials to make some “passive” income. what’s your thoughts? Think it’s worth it? Also, what data/tech skills you think will be in high demand in the next few years?

Not Software Development but Data Science. Honestly, it plays to my advantage slightly, mainly because I probably don’t look like the “stereotypical” nerd (even though I do math problems for fun smh) and it throws people off when they ask.

Make a conscious decision to be grateful for what you have. It’s a blessing to be in a position to be able to lift (some people literally don’t have limbs to workout), travel (some people are extremely poor and can’t travel) etc etc. Take some time and check in with yourself. Meditate on what in your life will bring you joy. Think about times/experiences that actually did bring you joy. What about these things specifically made you happy and brought you meaning? It doesn’t have to be anything sp…

Physical: Reach 10% BF Career/Business/Financial: I have a 9-5, so my goal is to continue to grow in that, as well as continue to grow a few other business ideas that I've been working on since the beginning of 2020. Also, I've been stacking up a "fun" fund in my monthly budget, so that when the COVID stuff has calmed down by Summer, I can blow my (financial) load on fun shit with no hit to my conscience. Mental/Spiritual/etc: I know myself enough that my social skills might be a bit rusty due t…

What CRM does your company use? If it’s Salesforce, you could pivot into an IT career with Salesforce Admin/Dev skills. Developers and Architects make bank.

This sort of question has been answered on this sub dozens of times. Ultimately, most women don’t respond well to you TELLING them to lose weight. If you really see yourself as the prize, don’t have oneitis and value having relations with fit women, you’d be ready to walk the minute she got fat. And she would sense that without you opening your mouth. But your post history suggests otherwise, which is a whole different story. “I have gained 10 pounds of muscle in the last 3 months FOR THIS GIRL …

I meditate and recently I’ve taken up boxing/running as a hobby. Usually I’m stoic and don’t let many outside things bother me but for whatever reason this thing is a lil harder to shake. Legitimately feel retarded that this is bothering me so much.

Played D1 football at a mid major and was a 2 year starter (received tryout for NFL team but got hurt and basically ended my career, woulda already been an uphill climb). Never had an issue with the ladies. I remember when Tinder first came out it was like shooting fish in a barrel. Never consciously scoped chicks out but I swear whenever me and my buddies just went out to shoot the shit and have fun at the bars/clubs most of the time I brought a new plate home or at least had the option of hitt…

They both have helped me out a ton and her father jokes that if we break up I’ll “always be one of his sons” -Former athlete like myself so in shape with tight abs and big ass (sex never been an issue) -share similar hobbies/interests -acts feminine -family is loaded and she also has a high paying career but ex…

FWIW- Used to play college football at a D1 school and was an athlete all my life. Never really understood the mindset of hardcore fans who had no control over the outcome of a game or people who got so emotional about it (not to mention how fans worship athletes in general). Playing sports was always way more fun than watching on tv. I still play flag football, b-ball, etc for fun. I do watch NBA casually but that’s about it. Also, similar to what someone else said, I treat big sporting events …

One of my old teammates is 6’4 and about 215-220 with a visible 6 pack. I think that’s definitely a realistic goal if you continue to hone in your diet and progress in your training.

Used to play sports growing up and was a D1 athlete. When I was done playing, I suffered from a lot of dissatisfaction and lack of a “mission”. Stumbled upon TRP when when looking up self improvement type stuff and it all make sense. Indirectly, it confirmed a lot of the success I had with women based on my experiences. Crazy how some of the the experiences I had correlate exactly with what is spoken about on here.

That’s the fallacy of self improvement. It’s a never ending process. Once you hit a goal, there’s always another one. So are you going live in a perpetual state of being “not good enough”? Or possibly give yourself a little bit of credit each moment you get 1% better? Another (albeit much more cringe worthy) way of putting it is “work hard, play hard”.

I definitely can relate to this mindset. One thing that has helped me is reading The Book of Pook. Most important takeaway from that is to realize this: Perfect is boring. So basically when it’s self improvement time, take it seriously. But when it’s time to have fun, let loose and realize you are more than enough.
