You're going to get rejected. A lot. It will hurt, but over time it will hurt less. I recommend reading the book "Models" by Mark Manson

I would consider reading the book Models by Mark Manson. It won't get you exactly what you want, but I think it will give you some insight into how to approach attraction and dating.

First of all, you're not broken. Secondly, it sounds like you're just anxious to talk to women in your cafe. My advice is to talk to everyone and keep doing it until it becomes comfortable. It will make it easier to talk to the pretty girls when they come in because you'll already be talking to everyone. If you keep doing it then eventually a conversation will go somewhere naturally.

A good place to start would be to read the book "Models". If you want more advice feel free to chat or DM me. Have a good day.

The best place to meet women is the place that you're comfortable with and interested in. If you enjoy going to bars and clubs then go there, have a good time, and you will naturally meet women. But if you go there specifically to meet women then it's going to be an awful experience.
/r/seduction11/05/25 03:36 PM

I didn't say that they don't exist, I said the problem is that you're rating women. If you look past someone's physical appearance, you may find that it's easier to talk to and connect with women that are considered very attractive.
/r/seduction11/05/25 03:30 PM

I think that part of the problem is that you're rating women.

You definitely should not give up on approaching women. It sounds like there are certainly some confidence issues, but that you are committed to growing and developing as a person, which in the long run will lead to a much more fulfilling and rewarding life. That woman's reaction was probably the worst you will get, but eventually you will get to the point that you won't even care how a woman reacts. I highly recommend reading the book "Models" if you haven't already. It will give you some direc…

That was hilarious. I would ask her out one more time and escalate hard. If she still doesn't go through with it then move on and stop replying to her texts.

/r/seduction17/05/22 01:30 PM

Don't do anything. Let her keep trying. Your indifference will either turn her on and make her try harder, in which case you can then escalate back on her, or she will eventually give up and you will know that she's not serious.

/r/seduction13/04/22 04:31 PM

You know you can improve your attractiveness right? Start with the two F's: Fitness and fashion. If you really take those two on you'll find that your confidence will increase and attractive women will start to take notice.
/r/seduction24/09/21 01:50 PM

Work on the two F's: fitness and fashion. That will increase your attractiveness and confidence and you will have no problem talking to women and weeding out the ones you don't want to spend time with.

Move on. She's not interested.
/r/seduction21/09/21 12:22 AM

Basically this. You want to build comfort at the gallery, then grab a drink somewhere dark and somewhat private. You can escalate a little there and then see if she wants to come back to your place. If she does then just keep escalating, otherwise setup a follow up date, rinse, recycle, and repeat.
/r/seduction16/09/21 04:39 PM

I go by what Mark Manson has said in Models, which is to focus on the three fundamentals: Honest Action, Honest Living, and Honest Communication. I think if you read his book and study those three fundamentals you will find what's missing for yourself.

If you're unsure of interest ask her if she will come to meet you. If she says yes then she's willing to invest. Based on what you said it sounds like she's interested. As for your other question, you're not going to get experience by avoiding going out with girls, so just go out with her and forget about the outcome. Have fun with her! Even if it doesn't work out you will have obtained some experience.
/r/seduction15/09/21 05:24 PM

Improve your appearance and come up with better opening lines. "Hi" and "Hello" are boring and lame. Start with a joke or something clever.

/r/seduction15/09/21 04:52 PM

Just keep going on dates with her and it will eventually become serious. You don't have to explicitly ask her for that. Also keep escalating in each date or she will get bored and leave.

Yes. I get the sense from your post that you're committed to self-development, but the actions you're taking haven't been empowering you to accomplish that. First of all, I think it's great that you're doing that, and I really acknowledge you for being the kind of person that would take that on. Secondly, I think that the book Models might provide some insight into why you aren't getting the results you want. You aren't inexperienced. You have the experience that you have. If someone judges you for that then you may want to consider if you would want to be with someone like that. In my experience it always works out to be true to yourself. Don't compromise for anyone.

/r/seduction18/10/20 10:36 PM

The main thing is to develop a leadership role in one of these activities. Then you don't even really have to "approach". Women will be drawn to you. I have a leadership position in a personal development organization and a lot of women there are just automatically attracted to me as a result.
/r/seduction08/10/20 07:29 PM
1

Your context is off. You're going out to approach. Stop that! Memorize some canned routines and just go out and practice speaking to people and using them. Challenge yourself to approach 10 women a day and you will eventually become more comfortable and able to approach with the intent of picking women up. Also, where do you live?
/r/seduction05/10/20 08:04 PM
2

It wasn't the line that caused that. It was who you were being.
/r/seduction19/01/20 06:54 PM
3

That's awesome! It sounds like your context shifted for you and now you've started taking new actions. Good job! I think it's a great book and helps men develop healthier dating lives than that of traditional pick-up techniques. Keep reading! There's some action plans at the end that will probably help you out a lot.

Why are people using app while in foreign cities? Isn't that the best opportunity to talk to girls on the streets since no one knows who you are??
/r/seduction20/02/19 05:42 PM
2

That's probably because you're not thinking about dying. If you try that it might happen. Dieing is what you do to a shirt to change the color.
/r/seduction29/01/19 05:19 PM
2

Please be careful with this advice. It comes off as false confidence. It is almost always more rewarding to develop yourself to be the real deal, instead of someone just faking it.
/r/seduction11/01/19 06:06 PM
1

Are you taking those actions because you read Models? If so there are other actions he says to take which you might want to try.
/r/seduction11/01/19 05:55 PM

It sounds like you're more invested in other's opinions than you think. Did you read the book and actually do the action plan? I was implying that you should do that.
/r/seduction25/12/18 11:56 PM

This plus read Models (which already covers this). It goes more into depth about how to become a more confident person by investing in yourself. IMO it's essential if you want to transform yourself into someone that can attract women.
/r/seduction25/12/18 04:48 PM
10

You're more invested in what others think of you then you are of yourself. The more you invest in yourself the less you will have thoughts like that. Read the book Models and follow the action plan. It will explain what I'm talking about and guide you on what to do next.

I honestly don't know if this is common. Among the people I've associated with I haven't seen it, but I haven't been as engrossed as others. I would ask your friend to read Models.

You should read the book Models by Mark Manson. It does a great job of distinguishing the difference between bettering yourself in order to have a healthy relationship and doing it to cover up some insecurities. It will probably also give you some useful insights for your own development.

Read the book and you'll see what I'm talking about and why I'm saying what I'm saying. I'm not going to get into a whole in depth explanation of what the book says here. Plus if you're on this sub it's probably going to make a difference for you anyway.

Forget about "game". It's an unhealthy obsession and will not lead to any kind of fulfillment in your life. Read Models by Mark Manson and then follow his action plan. And forget about making a ton of progress in 30 days. You will be transforming your entire life, and that takes time.

I don't believe Mark is a big fan of cold approaches. He advocates finding niches and developing your status there so that women already know you and have an image of you as being a leader. But before you even get to that, there's the level 1 stuff that needs to be handled, like working out regularly, getting a job you love, updating your fashion, etc.

Good job for getting out there and doing this. I don't have much in the way of advice or feedback to be honest. I'm in a similar stage myself and I'm following the model from Magic Bullets to learn how to transition. That might help.

/r/seduction03/06/18 06:59 PM

Let's be clear. Do you guys really believe that you can seduce any girl you want? At best doesn't learning secution simply allow you to express yourself more confidently, cause girls who would normally be neutral to become polarized, and take the initiative with girls who were already attracted to you?
/r/seduction30/05/18 06:27 PM

Talk to this guy one on one. Find out why he feels the need to invalidate you. That's his way of covering something up. Find out what's going on and make friends with him.
/r/seduction29/05/18 12:04 PM

I think it's weird. Especially if you're at the gym and probably sweaty and stuff.

The point is clearly that he worked hard at practicing and his commitment paid off. Whether you think his scale doesn't match yours is completely irrelevant

I read it years ago, but as I recall it's not an instructional guide, but rather a story about Neil's experiences learning the game. Techniques and jargon are mentioned, but it doesn't help to learn them. If that's what you're looking for, read the side bar, or send me a PM and i'll see what I can recommend. It's still an entertaining read though.

Same question here. Any suggestions on having that become congruent?

Who cares? If you want an open relationship and she doesn't, then find someone else who does. You only feel "shitty" because you're attached to her opinion of you. Knowing whether or not it's normal or why she would do that will make no difference. The thing that will is going out and talking to another girl.

I'm glad to hear that. I've yet to have a really good blow job so this gives me hope to not give up looking for one

You actually can't be authentically boring, because boring is an interpretation. You may bore people, but that doesn't make you boring. Your authentic self is not an object with a fixed state of properties. You can be any way you want.

Tell him about your friend who's had a one night stand. That will put the idea in his mind, hint to him that it's on your mind, and give you a chance to see what his reaction to it is.

I literally make it a habit to just talk to everyone on the subway regardless of whether there is a hot girl there or not. Then when there is I'm not as uncomfortable with talking to her because it's a totally normal thing for me to do. At the very least you will become more social and have some great conversations.

Learning pick up/seduction is often completely different than learning how to be in a good relationship. In fact, your relationships may get worse when you learn how to pick up women - at first. Can you expand on this? Specifically what do you mean by at first? Thank you.

I did this once and it worked. The situation was slightly different in that we were at a restaurant in a secluded section and I asked a girl what the craziest thing she's done was. She couldn't think of anything so I said I bet it was kissing a guy in a restaurant. She smiled at that so I then I went in. Or yeah you could whip it out as someone else said.
