except her allegation of attempted rape was most likely false. She stabbed him in the back while he was kneeling down, with a knife that she brought WITH her to the business meeting (that she first denied owning until proof was brought showing her having bought the same knife two days before in a store). This was a person on trial for murder, who brought up attempted rape as a way to build a self defense case that fell apart when it became clear that she had a huge amount of premeditation

my mistake--didn't read the article as well as i should have and assumed it was like that case where the father of the child tried to stop the mother from having an abortion because he wanted a kid and thought it was like the reverse---i made the same error i get mad at other people for making (not reading articles well enough), so i apologize for that.

this is...stupid. the guy who said that he thought his girlfriend couldn't get pregnant because of a 'medical condition'---what the hell was stopping him from wrapping it up? the two issues aren't even comparable---the pregnancy's physical toll is almost entirely on the female---SHE has to carry the child for 9 months---it's a discussion on the right of the woman to what happens to her own body. now i'm not one to deny that men sometimes get shafted in family law--in terms of custody rights espe…
