10	Get rekt I think the issue in the US is that very very few companies provide any sort of paternity leave. It would be a non issue if equal maternity and paternity leave were provided. I'm sure nearly all new fathers would love to stay home with their newborn, but the current societal norms put expectations on the man to return to work immediately while the woman stays home on leave.	/r/PussyPassDenied	09/03/17 06:57 AM
