Not really. Red pilled men actually want to be with women and focus is on self improvement. That sub hates men and I didn't see a single post about self improvement or being more feminine.

I code for intellectual property related stuff and can't risk it. We use open source only and older the better, such as vim. We don't even use Microsoft Windows or office. Linux all the way.

Oh yeah. They open sourced "visual studio code" which is a fine product itself. Note, I didn't say anything about it. However people have used wireshark and found it leaked a lot of telemetry data and something very curious. When it did code suggestions / hinting it was actually sending every keypress to the cloud. Meaning: they were reading your code as you wrote it, potentially recreating it there on their end. This was published on a lot of Linux blogs and Journals. I just don't trust Microso…

Someone who self describes just as a people person shouldn't buy a business. A successful business owner has to wear many hats.

This has been boing on for a few years, on and off. I don't nap. My thyroid and glucose are fine. I know that stress is the trigger for this because my mind is always racing at night. I eat before 8pm. I don't do computer screen at night but phone is always with me and I am trying to reduce that. Eating too little also triggers it but I usually know even that happens.

Study after study has shown antidepressants are not effective in the long run. https://www.madinamerica.com/2017/10/rigorous-study-finds-antidepressants-worsen-long-term-outcomes/ https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20051569?itool=EntrezSystem2.PEntrez.Pubmed.Pubmed_ResultsPanel.Pubmed_RVDocSum&ordinalpos=1 Most doctors don't rule out other things before they prescribe antidepressants. Depression or anxiety can be caused by many things like Vitamin or mineral deficiencies, sleep apnea or gut iss…

Why is it bad? Are you going to cite 30 years old report about possibly contaminated batch of 5htp in japan? 5htp is naturally made by your body. Over 90% of serotonin is produced by the gut and not the brain. SSRIs don't fix the root cause, they mask the problem by blocking the serotonin receptors. They work for the short term but not long term.

Didn't know ashwagandha worked well for depression. Always thought it was for hormones and helped the adrenals. If it helped then you may be having adrenal issues. Do you feel burned out from stress, physical or emotional?

Most doctors are not nutritionally informed. They may not have any opinions either way. They rather push meds with side effects.
/r/seduction14/04/19 10:30 PM

Instead of meds, try amino acids. 5htp for serotonin. Others for dopamine. Try this quiz, it may tell you what you are deficient in and take that supplement. https://www.integrativepsychiatry.net/neurotransmitter_imbalance_quiz.html

Take a deep breath dude. Don't make any big decision when u are stressed. Talk things over with someone you trust. This period in life will pass but you don't want to regret any mistakes.

Al Gore will claim it's because of global warming. He will then get in his private jet to fly to a dozen counties to preach and get filthy rich.

With Hillary they are just words she memorized, no action. She doesn't believe any of it, if she gets elected it's corruption as usual.

Most depression has a connection with your gut. Your gut bacteria produces 95% of your serotonin. Were you on antibiotics out has other gut issues? Do Some research in this area if it may be the problem. Improve your gut health.
