Check out our history before British occupied us. India had 25% of World GDP for 1600 yrs. After British invasion we are in dumps and not yet recovered. https://mjperry.blogspot.com/2012/06/chart-of-day-share-of-world-gdp-1-2009.html?m=1

Yes exactly. Now when I think back, all the traditions which were told to be oppressive for women I can understand they were placed simply to control women's hypergamy.

Same applies to Husband. Bond is for life. Alive or death.

It's not terrible. There will be offspring to take care of which should keep her busy for life. If there are no offsprings then she can choose to get marry again

In short Yes. Let me explain. In India Husband or Wife are considered as single entity. If husband has died in this scenario, wife can find another provider in the society but she cannot engage into sexual favors with any other men. She has to accept her destiny. Other men of the society they understand their role of supporting their friend's widow wife and they can offer to do so as social responsibility.

In many fake cases there is no dowry. They will claim the ring which she gave you was forced as dowry. Anything given as good will turns into dowry.

I don't see the reason if you can keep the questions neutral and only focus on collecting data. Also Google forms was just one example, there are many other similar services

Both men and women should not be allowed to vote unless they show some kind of aptitude and understanding. Maybe like only working people or people with immovable assets can vote.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
