1	I have no words for this Mainly because pretty much all the law enforcement and crime data indicates there is not a correlation between crime rates and severity of punishment. People do not commit crimes because they think the punishment is OK. They do it if they think they can get away with it. Most people aren't even aware of what the punishment will be if they get caught, let alone factoring it into their pros/cons of doing the crime.	/r/MensRights	16/07/16 04:20 AM
