Any lawyer worth their salt will tell you not to obtain new assets prior to divorce. The judges main duty is to split assets. The saving grace for most is the courts typically look at assets you had on or before the filing date. BUT the judge can defer from typical protocol at his will, or at least it was that way in my case.

That’s what we are here for man. Glad I could help. One last thing I forgot to mention. My kids now tell me that they are grateful they have me to confide in and they are happy to have a way to escape her household. They tell me about everything and I am always there to listen without judgement. We are talking about two teenage boys that are from the Chicago area….so they face drugs, sex, gangs, race issues, fighting and more. The bottom line is when I was wrapped up in the madness with her, I w…

Glad it resonated with you. And yeah man I was the same. I legit remember being on my knees begging for her to keep the family together. Bro, I drove the nails in the coffin. I wasn’t fighting for me at the time, I was fighting for my kids. Like you, couldn’t stand the idea of not seeing my kids. At that time I had a hot side chick so I knew that wasn’t going to be an issue. Here’s the big thing you should understand as I do now. It’s not healthy for the kids to witness you in a dysfunctional re…

Bro take a deep look at yourself in the mirror. You have become a simp, no offense. But you need to hear this. Women are primal in the sense they want a strong man….physically, mentally and emotionally. They may seem like they want someone who does these simp like things you do, but trust me when I say this…..she has lost her respect and desire for you. How do I know? I was you homie. Now that I’m divorced and got my sense of self back, the women come wet and easy on the regular. And I don’t do …

Nothing complicated about it. No layers to this. We simply don’t want to deal with a tired older woman with baggage. We simply don’t have to. The only ones that do are the ones not at the top of the food chain. So they settle for an older woman and live a basic/boring life.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/23 04:29 PM

Did you ever think we don’t want to commit because we are enjoying our lives with hot, playful women? Why would we commit when we can just continue enjoying our lives instead of settling down with an older woman? Rinse and repeat is a much better choice for us.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/23 04:23 PM

This is the most ridiculous statement here. You clearly don’t have experience dating younger women. Simping ain’t pimping my man.

Well said

No we just move on to the next relationship
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/23 04:15 PM

Most men feel the same. What’s the issue?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/23 03:44 PM

Ha your username fits you well. I think you have some truth to what you say but it’s to much of a generalization. In my case, I value myself to much to allow an older woman with her baggage to come into my life. There is literally no reason to not be with a younger woman. No baggage, lots of energy, fun and playful. So really there is no draw to an older woman. They hold no value to men unless they aren’t at the top of their game. Then men settle for the old washed up women over 30. And it truly…

Wtf with this post bro. If you are for real, get some therapy. If you are trolling, bounce. This sub is for those needing brotherhood as they go through the hardest times of our lives. Seriously dude, get a clue. WTF

I know you don’t want revenge but just in case….the best revenge is you being happy and peaceful. It will drive the bitch crazy 😜

In my experience nope they don’t care. I had tons of proof of abuse and my lawyer flat out told me the judge doesn’t care. They are there to simply settle assets and time with the kids. They don’t want to hear about personal shit. And if you bring it up, it irritates them. Just me experience but my lawyer is high profile, even represents nfl payers and the like.

If you can be peaceful I would suggest mediation. Lawyers suck, I had to fire my first and about to fire my second to appeal the judges ruling. Also I’m on year 4, and just finally got divorced. Shit takes a toll on you mentally and financially. The quicker you can get to an accepting mental place the better. Get therapy, shit helps. We are here if you need to vent or ask questions.

That’s a good point, it’s just never been an issue with the younger ones. They know they are way hotter than my ex and it always feels like they kinda get off on having the upper hand. I have the best luck at the beach or at the pool in my condo complex. One thing that really helps is I just have a great time and don’t sexualize anyone. I literally just have a blast with my neighbors and friends, and that seems to draw them in like moths to a flame. Hope it helps.

Man you are in a tough spot, I feel for you. I’m 43, divorced with 3 kids. I don’t want to sound egotistical but I’m literally fighting the girls off. The big difference is I don’t have full custody like you do. This allows me to workout every day and have a big social life. Those two things have made all the difference. I also don’t date women with kids. That’s a recipe for disaster. My suggestions would be: Start cutting body fat through diet, if you can lift weights that would be ideal. Date …

Hey bro, went through literally the same, except I was getting more sex. But at the end of the day I couldn’t deal with the lack of connection. Left her, best choice I ever made.

This might sound strange bro. I have been where you are though so hear me out. Once I started to grow spiritually, I came to realize that everything I am experiencing is meant to be. Then I discovered that I can’t grow without hardship. And came to view it as something to learn and build from. What I’m saying is this is the point in your life where you need to get a grasp on acceptance and who you are in the world alone. Look within to rediscover yourself and get a better understanding of life a…

I hear you man. It’s tough to accept what happened but it’s vital that you view that as a lesson to be learned. What lesson you may ask? The lessons I learned were to never stop being the best version of me so I always have options to grab someone. Also, to never put a bitch on a pedestal and be dependent on them. And lastly that woman aren’t lovers, they swing branches looking for what provides the best financial and societal situation. Listen this will sound harsh but you gotta stop thinking a…

Correct sir. You have good wits about you, keep thinking along these lines. The kids truly do come first. I fight to maintain that every day.

The attorney did you a solid. Judges do not want conflict and you could risk losing your kids all together based on her allegations and her issues.

Bro you got shit twisted. I’m 42 and don’t date any girls who have kids. Currently have a sugar mom who is 36, and also dating a super hot 24 year old. Key is you gotta level up. Get jacked in the gym and stack your money. Simple as that my dude.

I did this. But after I got therapy. I actually started therapy while we were still together. So make sure your mental health is straight before you start fucking around. These girls will get in your head when you need to heal. Straight up. My best suggestion would be to just hire a hooker if you need to get off. Be safe about it, wrap your shit. I know it sounds crazy, but it satisfies the need for now. The other thing. I focused and got jacked in the gym along with therapy. I can literally say…

I feel you man. You gotta get to a place of understanding that nothing in life is permanent. You just have to focus on becoming the strongest version of yourself, so that you don’t need anyone to be there in order for you to be stable. Understand also that you manifest your own reality. Whatever you focus on becomes real. So push those thoughts to the side and replace them with positive thoughts. Get into therapy, the gym, put the booze down, focus on friendships, work, hobbies. It gets better k…

This is ridiculous. I know plenty of girls at the gym with a flat stomach and no surgery. Sounds like you need medical assistance as well as a mental health evaluation. Yikes 😬

Think before you type? Who are you, the comment police? You sound pissed and jaded with your circumstances. I would suggest therapy.

Mine started riding a motorcycle, which is just hilarious as she’s a mid 40’s overweight soccer mom living in the suburbs. My kids are so embarrassed. 🤦‍♂️

What world are you living in? Just date early 20s, typically not single moms nor fat

60 percent? That’s a lot bro. Look at your state calculators to get a gauge on spousal support and child support. Your lawyer should also be able to provide guidance on this. You would more than likely do much better in court, following the state guidelines. In regards to your question, no she can’t go back once the contract is signed if it explicitly states that. You need a good lawyer.

Don’t have an advice regarding the outcome but just wanted to let you know you are not alone my man. You will survive and thrive in due time brother.
