As already stated, this is merely temporary public outrage that will ultimately shift to sympathy and reverence for a brave, steadfast, and attractive female victim of today's social media-based outrage culture. Mark my words and just wait. If this were a man, his life would be over. Because this is a woman, she will ultimately become the victim in all this.

She's not only going to get away with it, she's going to ultimately benefit from it in the long run. Absolutely guaranteed. She's a physically attractive female in cuckold western society. A vagina and insincere apologies will guarantee that she is always the victim who was simply attacked and misjudged by hordes of evil misogynists. Public focus will quickly shift from this incident to the evil public's reaction to it and how wonderful and amazing this girl really is deep down.

No, the guilt and criminal intent were already established in the trial. Nothing was established. This is a matter of failure to prove based on hearsay, even though the exact same poor standard of evidence can be used to convict a man in the exact same situation as the accused. And hearing testimony from both of them, when, combined with any evidence found in an investigation, determined the boy's testimony didn't match up with what happened. lol. Again, this is a matter of failure to prove base…

Oh, dear. Apparently, you weren't actually just pretending. We're also talking about physical power and size here. So now we can legally establish guilt and criminal intent based on "physical power and size"? Based on the article, the boy "jumped on her and squeezed her hard." Uhh, no, that's not based on anything other than the defense of a woman on trial for raping a 14-year old boy. It's an odd situation because it sounds like he was getting aggressive with her. The fact that you think it "so…

Exactly. It's definitely not a pussy pass of any kind because, if the genders were reversed, the justice system would be equally as open to the idea that a 14-year old girl took advantage of an innocent 46-year old man to have sex with him on three separate occasions. Playing the "retard" game is fun!

Wrong. It's a woman's body. Woman's responsibility. The woman should bear the full brunt of caring for and raising the child since she's the one who willingly got a baby planted inside of her, hence should be responsible.

some people in the thread were saying shit like she's a rapist which is going too far What "some people" in this thread are doing is treating the situation exactly the way it would be treated if the genders were reversed.

You have an agenda, and that is why you are trying to shoehorn the Dunham stuff into your worldview when it doesn't fit. LOL! Pot, meet kettle. Look at this retard's post history for confirmation.

"Although considered important by women, penis size is a trait that is of little practical importance." Uh, yeah. Nothing considered important by women is actually important. Penis size is a characteristic independent of a man's ability to dominate and conquer his environment, excepting meeting the meaningless standards set forth by females.

Yes, in today's society, clearly blacks are a group properly defined as "alpha". They are the dominant race, having established more control and success than all the others.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
