OK - honest question - is Parole Office essentially the same kind of work as Social Worker? Which job is more dangerous? Well, a parole officer deals with people who've been convicted of a crime of some type. A social worker can work with the entire range of people. So my gut instinct says the parole officer is the more dangerous job.

Then I had a look in the parent thread and there is a certain amount of "Girls hitting guys can't do as much damage so it's not as important." going on. I've heard the same thing when it comes to aggressive dogs. Owners allow toy dogs to be far more aggressive than bigger dogs because they amount of damage they can do is far less. (Not that I'm saying women are dogs or men are owners.)

I remember a case a while back where a father learned that his 12 year old daughter wasn't his. He then went to court to be legally removed as the father. The legal system balked and dug their heels for 6 years until the girl turned 18. Then, the request sped through the entire process.

I remember one story a while back where a 15 year old girl took a self pic of herself and texted it to several male classmates, ages ranging from 14-16. Legally, she was not only the victim of child pornography but also guilty of distributing it. As I recall, her male friends were also charged with posession.
